New Modern Apartment in Biltmore, short vacation or long stay, pet friendly!
Have fun with the whole family at this stylish apartment in the heart of Phoenix, located in Biltmore area. Apartment has two bedrooms that fits up to 6, one bedroom has one king bed (fits 2), and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds (fits 4). The apartment has been renewed in June 2024 and all of the furniture and appliances are new. We have a large living room with smart TV and free fast WIFI internet, in addition to full furnished kitchen, dining area and washer and dryer for longer stays.
- The apartment is suitable for travelers, vacations, long stays and short stays for business. It is located in a central location and is a short walking distance to supermarkets and various restaurants.
- 2 Bedrooms with walk-in closets for each room, 2 bathrooms, Full Kitchen and dining area, living room with large relaxing sofa and a patio for cooler seasons. The apartment is equipped with smart central air-conditioning, Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
- The kitchen is equipped with 2 coffee machines, all utensils and plates, cooking ware, shake blender, air fryer, microwave, stove and oven.
- When you stay at our apartment we will provide you with a key fob to access the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, the indoor fitness center and sauna. The Meridian complex has multiple walking paths with beautiful green landscapes if you enjoy outdoor walks or if you have a pet that needs their walking exercise.

-With its lush, garden-like landscaping and premier shopping centers, Biltmore is considered by many to be one of Phoenixâs most acclaimed residential communities. The neighborhood is home to the Arizona Biltmore Hotel, a resort with incredible golfing and innovative culinary restaurants, surrounded by the cityâs most upscale homes.
-Biltmore is at the heart of the Financial District with plenty of modern office spaces, fine luxury apartments and boutiques wherever you turn. Biltmore Fashion Park is located at the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback Road.
