The hosts have created a wonderful home base for enjoying a long weekend at the North Shore. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable with gorgeous views. It has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve ever had at a property. We will definitely return.

Cedar slopes is a beautiful home ideally situated on the North Shore just outside of Lutsen allowing easy access to hiking, small towns and lake views. The house is clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked. Jenna was easy to work with and provided detailed communications.

Cedar Slopes was lovely. It was immaculate with every supply we needed. The beds and the sofa were very comfortable. My favorite part was the views and the quiet. Also, they have a large round chaise lounge I called "the nest" and I spent a lot of time in there with blankets and a book. The lake is only about a 10 minute walk away and I encourage other visitors to walk to the shore for happy hour, as we did. My family has been vacationing in Lutsen for 12 years and we think it's the perfect location from which to tour the North Shore. Grand Marais is only about 20 minutes away and Cascade and Temperance state parks are also very close. And the Clearview General Store in Lutsen seems to have everything.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was very clean and modern and the views were amazing! The beds and all of the furniture were very comfortable, especially the circle chair in front of the large windows! The location is perfect for a trip to the north shore!
