The grand, two-story foyer of this newly constructed, professional-decorated home, welcomes you with custom paneling and beautiful wood floors throughout. The open concept living and dining room adjacent to the chef’s kitchen feature stunning two-story vaulted ceiling with large, architectural windows, gas fireplace and a Sonos in-ceiling sound system. The second floor features an additional lounging area . This gives large or multiple families the ability to have plenty of space to spread out to come together or have some alone time.

The outdoor areas invite relaxation on your private 12 x 14 back deck with a comfortable lounging area and a gas grill. The rear yard and garden spaces around the property are professionally landscaped, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee, afternoon appetizers, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. Plus, guests with children or dogs will have complete peace of mind to find the entire rear yard is fully fenced. This home is available year-round, allowing you to enjoy the Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach areas in any season.

Beautiful property in a great location, able to easily walk to Dewey or Rehoboth. The house was very light and bright with excellent space for our group. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing vacation spot

We can’t say enough great things about this property. 1 block from the beach, .5 miles from the downtown bars and restaurants, and a 5 minute trolley ride to Rehoboth. the house was beautiful and slept 9 of us comfortably, there were absolutely no issues.

Fantastic Property

The house is absolutely gorgeous, roomy and very clean. We have already sent the link to friends for their vacation. Communication with host was seamless. Much appreciate the ability to bring our mutts. We love Dewey beach and hope to return to this amazing property.

Meticulous in every way!

Absolutely stunning home - immaculate & beautifully decorated. Just a block away from the beach. Quiet street with easy access to both Dewey & Rehoboth Beach. Marcia & Jordan were super attentive. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay here in July 2024. It is less than 1.5 blocks to the beach access, and the two-lane road you cross has a big pedestrian crosswalk. Great fenced in back yard for the dog. Quiet neighborhood. Two primary suites have big walk-in closets. Lovely market / deli only 1.5 blocks away. Hosts provided great area recommendations. Hope to be back!

North Dewey gem

We feel so lucky to have found this gem for a quick late summer getaway. The home is absolutely gorgeous! It presents itself exactly as you see in the photos. It was immaculately clean, decorated with a chic coastal aesthetic, and the bedrooms/beds are thoughtfully arranged for a big or small group. You cannot beat the location--easily walk to the beach. We had a few questions ahead of arrival and they were answered quickly. I have bookmarked this home and will certainly be back! Thank you for a great trip!

Delightful Dewey Beach

This house is a gem. It is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our stay with its open concept and large dining table. Three of the four bedrooms have a king size bed so everyone was comfortable. It is located only a block from the beach and you can hear the ocean from the back patio. All my questions were answered by the host quickly. The neighborhood was so quiet. I highly recommend a bonfire on the beach from Dewey Beach Surf Shop. It made the weekend complete.They come and set it up and when you’re finished, they take care of putting out the bonfire. We highly recommend visiting property. We would love to come back again to visit and would definitely stay at this property.

Brand New Listing. Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I, along with our fur baby, booked this property last minute and it did not disappoint! It is one of three brand new rentals, right next to each other, all pet friendly. The property was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed and while we packed everything to get us through the weekend, the home was equipped with starter paper products and hand soaps and they also had (4) beach chairs. The beach is literally one block away. And, you could hear the ocean at night, from the back deck. Jordan was wonderful and responsive throughout the entire process. This was definitely the most pleasant rental experience that we've had in Rehoboth/Dewey. We are so grateful for properties like this, that are pet friendly for responsible pet owners. We will be back!

Stay in Dewey

The house is brand new! Very clean and nicely decorated. Only a block and a half from the beach. The location is perfect because you are a few blocks from Dewey and the restaurants and shops but in a nice quiet area so don’t have to worry about the noise. Bedrooms are spacious and we loved having a little outdoor area for the dogs and kids to play. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous peaceful home close to beach

The house is gorgeous! Everything is perfect. Three king size beds and a queen were pure luxury with four teens who could sleep in and wander to the beach. Residential street was silent at night, just far enough away from the bars for a tranquil stay. Everything was very comfortable, and I haven't stayed in a nicer home on a beach trip. Dewey Beer Co is only a .4 mile walk, and the Trolley stops at the end of the street, eliminating need to worry about parking in Rehoboth for dinner and shopping. Thank you for an amazing stay.
