Store your beach gear or bikes in the garage. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a nice living area, dining area and kitchen. New dishwasher for added convenience while on vacation. This charming home is located just a short distance from Memorial Park where you can walk, ride a bike, fish or crab from the community pier. Launch a boat or just enjoy the breeze. Relax and enjoy your vacation making memories that will last for years to come. Pet Friendly Home, 2 dog maximum mid-size dog or 1 cat. $ 75 Pet Fee Per Pet.

This house is protected by an outside surveillance system. Window AC's in all the bedrooms. THIS HOME DOES NOT PROVIDE LINENS OR TOWELS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. We loved the house. It was very clean. The kitchen was well organized. It was nuce to be able to lock up our rented bicycles in the garage. We would live to stay here again!

Spacious house, nice yard, plenty of parking in large driveway. Close to beach and boat marina. Lots of cooking and eating utensils. Central air conditioner worked fine. Clean. We enjoyed the stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home was very clean and the neighbor hood was very quiet and well kept. my only concern was it was on a busy road and we were on bikes with 4 children especial on Friday with all of the Trash cans blocking the path. I have been coming to Chincoteague since I was a kid, my 3 children spend their summers here and now we bring their children here and enjoy the beach and the island.

Good location

This was a good location close to the pony swim and carnival. The home was very musty smelling. Only cooled by window air conditioning. Did not receive the check in instructions or notification that I would need to bring bed linens and towels even though I had messaged them 48 hours before checking in. This was my biggest issue.
