• Parking: 3 cars allowed. There is a 1-car garage as well as additional parking in the driveway;
• This home includes access to two signature experiences at Schaffer’s Mill: Golf Course (with one-week advance request) and dine at the Sawyer Restaurant (reservations made directly by phone);
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Ring Doorbell camera located at the front door;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.
