Comfortable studio apartment. Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. And with free high-speed WiFi and access to NETFLIX, you can stay connected and entertained at all time. The apartment is situated in a prime location, just off Grayston Drive, making it easy to get to all the major shopping centers, restaurants, and businesses in the area. 24-hour security and secure, undercover parking, you can rest assured that your stay will be safe and hassle-free.
No Visitors/Parties/Meetings or Events:
- Please refrain from hosting visitors, parties, meetings, or events during your stay. Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the tranquility of our neighbors.
Service Information:
- Our apartments are not serviced daily. However, we provide complimentary cleaning once a week for stays exceeding 7 days.
- The apartment undergoes a thorough cleaning between each guest stay. This includes sanitization of kitchen surfaces, mopping and sanitizing floors, bathroom cleaning, towel and linen changes, dusting, and furniture polishing.
- While we strive to maintain cleanliness, please be aware that occasional stains on upholstery items may be faintly visible. Upholstery items undergo a deep clean and valet quarterly.
- Due to the humid climate, the apartment may have a slight musty smell upon arrival. Opening windows to allow fresh air circulation is recommended.
Self-Catering Accommodation:
- Our apartments are self-catering. We provide starter supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, hand soap, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, and lined kitchen bins.
- Replenishment of these supplies occurs weekly for stays exceeding 7 days.
Load Shedding:
- Please note that load shedding (blackouts) may occur intermittently in South Africa. While we provide emergency lighting, we do not have a generator on-site. We advise ensuring your mobile phone is fully charged during such instances.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
- Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as water outages, fiber line issues, or construction noise may occur. These factors are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Insect Control:
- Insect presence is common in South Africa's climate. We conduct quarterly fumigation and provide insect killer spray for your convenience.
Guest Assistance:
- We are available via Airbnb messaging between 8 am and 10 pm to assist with any queries or operational concerns.
- Assistance after 6 pm may experience delays, and a call-out fee may apply for non-emergency issues.
Appliance and Remote Control Maintenance:
- While all appliances are checked before your arrival, issues may arise during your stay. Please notify us promptly, and we will arrange repairs as soon as possible.
- Similarly, remote controls may require battery replacements during your stay. Please inform us, and we will attend to it promptly.
Parking Information:
- Kindly utilize the designated parking bay allocated to your apartment. Parking in unauthorized bays may result in clamping and fines by the complex management.
Reservation Policies:
- Changes to reservations are not permitted within 10 days of the arrival date.
- One change may be made to your reservation if the arrival date is more than 10 days away.
- Additional nights can be added to your booking, subject to availability.
- All cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy.
Key Policy:
- We provide one key per guest. Please take care not to lose your key. A call-out fee applies for key-related assistance.

The complex has a right to refuse access for people who are not members of the booking. Security will check the booking form against the number of guests entering.
