Perfect downtown location!

The only thing that kept me from giving five stars for everything is some communication glitches. The biggest downside was they did not disclose that the exterior was being renovated while we were staying there, so we had to deal with painters wanting us to move our car and early morning thumping and men with ladders outside our windows as they were painting. Apart from that, great location and very nice apartment. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun on the Square

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location right off the square. Benefit is there was some off street parking. There was an issue with the TV usage. We called and they sent someone out to help. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The window screens and shades need Maintenace. Easy fixes. The bed was very comfortable.

This place was perfect for me and my husband’s quick getaway. It was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax. The location was ideal—close to wineries and downtown, but still peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind together. Highly recommend!

Great downtown location

Clean, convenient. We’re headed back and hope that this place is available. Perfect place to use as base camp when in Paso. Travel to wineries during the day and end the day with walking distance to dozens of restaurants/tasting rooms/fun shops to patronize.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Park Place for 2 nights and it was great! It's in prime location, in the hear of Paso downtown. All the restaurants and bars are walking distance which is very convenient. Finding the entrance can be tricky, you have to walk across the BL Brasserie outdoor area but not a big deal. Very small inconvenience would be sound proofing, the living and bedroom's windows face a popular bar and can get a bit loud late in the evening.

Perfect Downtown Location

Had another great stay at Park Place. The location is perfect for doing stuff downtown. You can walk to so many places. Looking forward to next time.

Great little apartment in the heart of downtown

Quiet and well equipped apartment convenient to downtown Paso and wineries. Check in and out were easy and clearly communicated. Overall a great stay...we will be back!

Rooftop Getaway in Paso

This place was the cutest! We ended up getting in very late but it was easy to find and we used the door code to access the property. It was a perfect location for us--right next to the Pine Street Saloon and walking distance to the Cal Coast Brewery (best place ever- check it out). We spent the weekend exploring the shops (the bookstore near there was to die for!) and eating and drinking our way through Paso. The apartment was super cute, comfy BIG bed, with all the amenities we needed and walking distance everywhere. The rental company was super responsive when we reached out as well. We will definitely come back.

Location Location

For us the location was perfect since we like to go out to dinner and enjoy a few drinks. We also participated in the taste of downtown event and it was right there in the park square! We had all the amenities we needed. Great institutions and information on the area. The bed was harder than I like and it could use a second nightstand but otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you!

Downtown stay

Nice place, good location

This unit is above a wine store and restaurant right in heart of downtown Paso. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The place if perfect for 2 people with a small, well-stocked kitchenette and nice-sized bedroom. The shower was a bit rough - almost like being pelleted. Perhaps it’s time to replace the shower head or adjust the water pressure. Also, because it is over a restaurant patio we did get some noise until around 11:00 pm on the weekend. It didn’t bother us but might bother some. All-in-all a very nice place and I’d stay there again.

Outstanding Location for Paso Robles

This apartment is the best possible location for a visit to Paso Robles. There are excellent restaurants, coffee shops and wine tasting rooms all within a very short walk. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Amazing location

Great wine country getaway

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Only caution is some of the bars nearby are open late, so have a white noise maker handy if you aren't a night owl.
