Great downtown location

Clean, convenient. We’re headed back and hope that this place is available. Perfect place to use as base camp when in Paso. Travel to wineries during the day and end the day with walking distance to dozens of restaurants/tasting rooms/fun shops to patronize.

Perfect Downtown Location

Had another great stay at Park Place. The location is perfect for doing stuff downtown. You can walk to so many places. Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time. The locator was ideal and the place is charming. It was an easy in and out process. Would definitely stay again!!

Paso Robles stay

Very nice condo and everything you need and was extremely convenient to restaurants wine tasting rooms. Check-in was easy and the owners communicated with us prior to our arrival.

Outstanding Location for Paso Robles

This apartment is the best possible location for a visit to Paso Robles. There are excellent restaurants, coffee shops and wine tasting rooms all within a very short walk. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Park Place for 2 nights and it was great! It's in prime location, in the hear of Paso downtown. All the restaurants and bars are walking distance which is very convenient. Finding the entrance can be tricky, you have to walk across the BL Brasserie outdoor area but not a big deal. Very small inconvenience would be sound proofing, the living and bedroom's windows face a popular bar and can get a bit loud late in the evening.

One of the best kept secrets in Paso

The location is perfect, right downtown. The apartment resembles a luxury suite, clean and modern. We loved it and will be back.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay! Such a convenient location. I was worried about what parking would be like but we never had to fight to find a spot behind the building. It was a little noisy until 11ish, but it didn’t bother us!

Location Location

For us the location was perfect since we like to go out to dinner and enjoy a few drinks. We also participated in the taste of downtown event and it was right there in the park square! We had all the amenities we needed. Great institutions and information on the area. The bed was harder than I like and it could use a second nightstand but otherwise everything was perfect! Thank you!

Paso getaway

Very nice apartment in downtown Paso Robles close to the square. Easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and tasting rooms. Some street noise but not bad. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. Location is next to everything

Great location. TV is a little tough to operate but there are instructions. 1 Bathroom is in MB so if adults are sharing rental they have to go into MB to go to the restroom at night. Nice coffee area outside of rental with table and chairs on deck. Overall a very nice downtown stay.

January 2023 Stay

Perfect place for me and my wife. Great location. Place was fully stocked with what we needed. Parking in the lot behind the building was great as we didn’t have to mess with the payment system around the park. Bed was great, plenty of towels etc. would stay here again in a second. Excellent property for two.

Perfect place for two in a great location. The great location comes with a bit of noise but that subsides by 10-10:30. Just FYI there is a Keurig coffee maker that wasn’t in the photos :) being a one coffee drinker couple that was perfect!
