The location was very nice, clean, and spacious. Three bathrooms was a plus and plenty of room for our small group. The location is a little different, in a mix of apartments and small businesses, but didn't notice it once you were in the rental. The trolly stop was nice as it was a few steps outside the door and you could watch for it from the front windows. Would stay here again

The property is very new, clean, and well-kept. It's conveniently located right on the trolley stop, which makes getting downtown easy without needing to drive—a definite plus. Now for the issues. We didn’t have our check-in info readily available when we arrived at 10:30 p.m.—that part was on us. However, the address provided didn’t match what was posted on the building, which led to confusion. When we finally found the right unit, the door code we were given didn’t work. After 30 minutes of messaging through VRBO, we were finally provided a working code. Inside, the unit is nicely furnished and has several smart TVs. Unfortunately, the TV by the hot tub wasn’t connected to anything, so it was unusable. The hot tub area does have Bluetooth speakers, which was a nice touch. However, the listed Wi-Fi network didn’t exist, and the network we did find had extremely spotty connection. This made it hard to use any of the TVs, which rely on streaming. To make things more frustrating, the remote for the wall-mounted AC unit in the back bedroom also controlled the TV—so using one affected the other. At this price point, these kinds of issues really detract from the experience.

Fun weekend spot!

This Deadwood property was a great stay for the weekend! Not only was the space much bigger than we anticipated but it also has 3 spacious bathrooms! The decor was super cute and we loved being able to hop on the trolley for transportation. I would definitely stay here again!
