Tillbringa din semester i detta nyrenoverade hem i Sun City West, en planerad aktiv vuxen premier golf community. Detta vackra hem har totalrenoverats år 2015 med porslinskakel överallt inklusive två badrumsduschar. Köket har nya apparater i rostfritt stål med matplats med slät toppspänning, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och sida vid sida kylskåp. Alla köksredskap och rätter ingår. Gästerna erbjuder egna måltider. Vardagsrummet har skinnsofa och kärlekssits, 60 tums tv med stereo, kabel med DVR ingår. Det stora sovrummet har ett spa-tema med en king size-säng och ett badrum. Kabel-tv i sovrummet. Gästrummet har en queen size-säng och stor garderob. Sängkläder och handdukar finns. Vardagsrummet har ett välvt tak och nya skinnsoffor med en dörrvägg som leder ut till uteplatsen. Kabel-tv, wifi och DVR ingår. Matsalen rymmer upp till 8 gäster. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare ligger utanför köket. Hemmet innehåller ett bifogat garage och två cyklar för din njutning. Bakgårdsuteplatsen har en Weber grill och uteplats bord med en propan eldstaden. Har också en matchande bistrostol för ditt morgonkaffe nöje.

SCW-gruppen erbjuder en golfbana med 9 hål (18 hål), fyra rekreationscenter med inomhus- och utomhuspooler, tennis, bowling och hjärt / vikt rum. Hemmet ligger centralt med 40 minuter till flygplatsen Phoenix Sky Harbor och 35 minuter till Scottsdale. Vårt träningsläger ligger i närheten. Många shopping och restauranger finns i Sun City West och intilliggande Surprise. Ett bibliotek, kyrkor, synagogor, sjukhus och biograf ligger i Sun City West. Bingo erbjuds varje fredag kväll. Sun City West-poolerna och sportklubbarna kan användas genom att betala en extra avgift. Golf och bowling är öppen för allmänheten.

Excellent home away from home

Great Thanksgiving

We came out to be with family over Thanksgiving. The property made the stay that much better, it was clean and well appointed, close to shops and dining and the owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect location

We needed a place to stay in Sun City West to wrap up my Mom's estate. She passed away this summer and my family met here. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The patio was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. A wonderful visit!

Great place

Made a last minute booking and was very pleased. Location worked great for us. Easy access to major thoroughfares. The property is very clean, spacious and extremely well equipped including consumables, spices, condiments, kitchenware, etc. Great, quiet neighborhood. Diane was great to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Sun City West

What a wonderful experience. We needed to stay in Sun City West to help out some relatives and this house worked out perfectly. The WiFi was fast, the TV large, and the neighborhood quiet. The house had everything we needed and everything was in perfect working order. We will be staying again in the future.

Beautifully appointed home

Fabulous home for a restful stay. The beds are large, comfortable and cozy with nice linens. The kitchen has most any pan or spice you can desire. We enjoyed the bicycles for exploring and exercise. This is our 3rd time in the house and it is always our 1st choice.. Great communication with host

Sun City West

Very nice house in a rather quiet neighborhood. Even being a block, separated by a wall and a parking lot, from a major street in SCW we did not notice the traffic. One goal of this trip was to experience life in SCW, thanks to this rental property we were able to do so.

Socially Distanced Visit with Parents.

My sisters and I were in SCW to settle our parents in for the winter. After long days on the road we arrived at Diane's vrbo and it felt like home. The homey feeling included comfy sofas and beds, a fully stocked kitchen, well laid out floor plan and garage door opener. We especially loved the large showers and the back yard patio with fire pit. We enjoyed having our family time around the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The location was very convenient with easy access to Fry's, the 303 and our parents home near Palm Ridge Rec Center. Thanks for sharing your lovely home, will return next visit!

This home has been completely renovated and updated in 2015. Diane and Paul are both retired professionals. Diane retired as an elementary principal in August 2015 and enjoys spending winters away from the cold Michigan weather. Paul retired as an auto engineer and continues to love cars. Diane and Paul live in West Bloomfield, Michigan, on Cass Lake and enjoy water activities such as boating and kayaking.
