Palm Coast-området, inbäddat rätt mellan St. Augustine och Daytona Beach, har många saker att göra och nära till många attraktioner i området. Du kan docka din båt på Palm Coast Marina eller spela en runda golf på den närliggande Palm Harbor golfbana 2 miles away. Du är bara 3. 5 miles away från Jungle Hut Beach där surfing, fiske och valsafari kan ockupera din tid tillsammans med andra lokala attraktioner. The European Village ligger inom en mil från Coral Reef där du kan gå till middag, njuta av underbar shopping, eller sitta på en utanför Café människor tittar på och njuta av en gelato. Du är bara 20 minuter från historiska St Augustine och 30 minuter från den världsberömda Daytona Beach. Den egentliga Flagler Beach är charmig och är värd en marknad stora bönder på fredagsförmiddagarna. För dem som gillar utanför strandrestauranger, har Flagler Beach flera bra val, liksom Guldlejonet, röstade bästa strand restaurangen i Floridas Atlantkust.

Short stay

Dirty, dusty & moldy. The place would have been fine but it needs some TLC desperately. The owner easily refunded our $ but all the fees, taxes & VRBO charges were not refunded.

Yikes!

It's an old place and not well kept up. Outside was shoddy looking, full of weeds, not like the picture- shoddy inside, too. Dirty kitchen - ants, etc.. Wouldn't consider cooking in there. We knew as soon as we pulled into the driveway that this was not what we were expecting based on the listing.

Very Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for two months while we were preparing to sell our house in Flagler Beach. It was a nice quiet neighbourhood, convenient to stores, walking/biking trails and anything else one might need. Enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this convenient home near the beach and saltwater canals. Close to everything and they provide just about everything you need to be comfortable while waiting for your dream home to be ready! Pet friendly is very important to us!! Thanks Joseph!!

April 2022 in Palm Coast

I have spent April in Palm Coast the last several years and this is the first time that I rented a part of a house versus a condo. This property is roomy and in a good location but there is not a good outdoor space to hang out in. Also no pool. I missed the outdoor space so back to condos for me.

Clean, quiet and great location

Excellent communication with Joseph, very easy check in. Unit is very clean and close to a Publix, Starbucks and plenty of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very comfortable king bed with 2 full baths. Neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended this property.

Couldn't be better!!

The property was just as described and very nice. We were very comfortable. The communication with the owner was prompt. Location was great with regard to beaches, dining or shopping. Neighborhood was a safe environment. One evening we accidentally left the back of our van up and open with rollerblades and all sorts of things in it and when we discovered it the next morning, everything was still there. We felt very blessed to stay there and hope to again.

Great rental

We totaly enjoy our stay! Great location, perfect rental with all amenities required for our vacation. Unfortunatly, because of the Covid-19 we had to leave before. Joe, the owner, has been great and did a refund . We recommand this rental 100%.

the property is a great location. it is clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Florida. the property is full appointed with cleaning supplies, and even had detergent and dryer sheets. i highly recommend this property, as well as the owner. his communication is excellent, and wants to ensure you have everything to enjoy your rental.

Education/vacation

We had a great time staying at this place. It’s decent, clean and it has everything you need for a 5-day stay. It’s close to the city center, the beach, and the public park like Holland Park. Definitely recommend it.

Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment/duplex in Palm Coast

Exactly what we needed

The house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of space, away from beach traffic but close to the beach, we didn't need anything but food. Plenty of dishes, wash cloths and towels, washer and dryer! The owner provided easy and clear instructions and was in contact to make sure we made it in!

30th Wedding Anniversary stay was a success!

Joe was very accommodating and responded almost immediately to all communications, even when I texted him at 10:30 PM. Very easy to work with. The house was spotless. My wife is very particular and even brings her own towels, cups, and pillows as she is a germophobe. No problems with this house, everything was clean as a pin so she was happy to use the house towels, pillows, and dishware. The house is well stocked with cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner, and even body wash so we didn't have to bring anything. Any future trips to the St. Augustine / Palm Coast area we will definitely hope to book this house again. NO PROBLEMS! My wife says "highly recommended". I agree. Jim & Ellie

Pretty much perfect

This property was just as described. The place was very clean and nice. The best condo I have ever rented. Location is great. No worries with this one. Will stay here again for sure when I return to Palm Coast.

A duplex with abundant room - excellent value - close to everything in Palm Coast!

Exceeded our expectations! The duplex was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen appliances, especially the newer microwave oven worked very well . There are ample dishes, pots - pans and flatware. The bedrooms and furniture are clean and comfortable. Abundant kitchen and cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, TP, - didn't need to buy any household paper goods. During our leisure time, the electronics, cable TV and Wi-fi, definitely provided adequate entertainment. We needed to extend our stay, Joe, the owner was very responsive, accommodating, and generous with terms. Excellent value and would return in the future!

Our third year staying here.

We have spent our last three Florida vacations here. The house is always clean and it is in a quiet neighborhood. The owner is always quick to respond to my emails and text messages. I give him and the house an A+, we look forward to staying again next year.

Simply put, felt at home! Plenty of space and amenities for a relaxed vacation!

Spent a wonderful week visiting the St. Augustine area. Host was acommodating to all our needs. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, close to major roads, shopping, and beaches. Make trip up to Crescent Beach, hidden gem in area!
