THE SPACE
Step inside to soaring open-beam cathedral ceilings, a grand two-story great room, and the warmth of a gas fireplace. The main level features an open-concept floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas flowing seamlessly together.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 8):
• Primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath (walk-in shower)
• Upstairs guest room with queen bed
• Upstairs guest room with two twin beds
• Loft area with queen pull-out couch and smart TV
• 2.5 bathrooms total (2 full, 1 half)
The kitchen is a chef’s delight with Hickory cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, work island, pantry, and drip coffee maker.
ENTERTAINMENT & FAMILY SPACES
• Loft includes board games, Pac-Man arcade table, and smart TV
• Lower level family room features couches, smart TV, and pool table
• Whole-home FIBER WiFi up to 1 GB for streaming, gaming, or remote work
