Welcome to Amazing Views hosted by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes. This adorable home is located on the exclusive Utah Mountain in between Waynesville and Maggie Valley! Sleeps six comfortably: One king bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, and two twins in the 3rd bedroom as well as a full guest bathroom making this home perfect for a couples romantic getaway or a family vacation. Enjoy each others company on the front porch or two back decks, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or enjoy the views while soaking in the hot tub, the possibilities for peace and relaxation are endless. Parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. At 4,000+ feet above sea level, the air is cool and so refreshing. Beat the heat in the Smoky Mountains of Maggie Valley/Waynesville, NC.

The high-speed WIFI allows for playing games, using apps, and streaming movies/shows.

**Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is a one-time fee of $75 + tax per dog (2 max).

Fantastic!

We spent a wonderful week with family during Christmas and it was amazing! The journey up the mountain, though nearly 3 miles, was an adventure in itself, leading us to breathtaking views. Each morning, we were greeted by the most spectacular sunrises. We were able to spend time in Waynesville and Maggie Valley, went skiing, visited Bryson City and Cherokee where we saw plenty of Elk. Truly a memorable holiday experience! And the best part was we were able to bring our furry family with us! Would recommend!

A Wonderful Time in the Mountains

Everything was great from the time we arrived until the time of our departure. The house was clean and comfortable, including a beautiful view of the valley below Utah Mountain. Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes who manage the property were great and made sure our stay went off without a hitch. They were helpful and accommodating. We had a great time and plan to return in the future.

This place was nothing short of amazing, very well stocked in the kitchen. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The view from the back deck was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great mountain vacation!

The house was as described. We brought our own essentials but they were already supplied and in good quantity. Views were amazing, house was clean and comfortable, everything was easy to find and use. Will definitely book again next year.

Amazing Views is Wonderful

Exceptional listing. The view of the valley from the rear porch is incredible. Property contains all modern amenities including hot tub, gas range, fully stocked kitchen utensils, master soaking tub, large TV with additional TV’s in secondary bedrooms, gas fireplace, and very nice appointed furniture. Plenty of room for larger families or group of visitors. The road to the top of the mountain is a bit steep but we had no trouble navigating it to the house. The pictures tell it all and represent the property very well. We loved our 4 night stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Stunning Property

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the property was very beautiful, similar to the picture. The only issues we came upon was the water pressure being inconsistent, some of the lights did not work, and there were animals hairs on the rugs which triggered some of our allergies.

What a Driveway!

My wife and I and our dog “Donkey” stayed at this property for week and enjoyed the property very much. It does check all the boxes for us! Clean, Private/Secluded, off the beaten path, Modern, Comfortable (with some of the nicest Living Room Furniture i’ve experienced in many VRBO properties we have stayed at), attractive “Cabin feel at least in living area”, on a driveway that is guaranteed to make your ears pop! Amazing Views are true!

We enjoyed an excellent 3 night stay and highly recommend this home. It was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, bed and linens comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. The views are AMAZING…from the back porch, hot tub and just sitting in the comfy recliners watching the sunrise. We will defiantly be back.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked well. The only complaint I have is that there was no shampoo. Also, there was limited toiletries (e. g., after the second day, we had to purchase our own toilet paper).

Truly Amazing View

We wanted an excellent view for leaf watching. This place was perfect. Hot tub functioned well and was out on a lower deck. Trouble with the gas fireplace. Excellent communication with the PM but never got it to function, really don't need it. 15 minute hill climb to get to the property in your car. The price for 4,000' altitude. Walked around the neighborhood, absolutely stunning (a bit strenuous). Visited fantastic area views and attractions. Went to the motorcycle museum in Maggie Valley while my GF stayed at the house and watched movie. Enjoyed the heck out of the weekend. I would definitely go back! Thank you Melissa!!!

Cool mountain vacation

Spectacular - relaxing - memorable

We hadn't planned to go to North Carolina on this trip, it happened because of some changes. But we are so glad we did, because this was the highlight of our 9-state journey. The house is extremely well designed, with a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel to the deck overlooking the valley. We never left once we climbed up the steep hills of Utah Mountain. And we didn't want to leave once we did have to go. The kitchen, beds, living spaces were all comfortable and had every amenity. We arranged for a wood delivery, and enjoyed the fire pit very much. For the periods when it rained, we loved being in the very private hot-tub/jacuzzi. From the spectacular views of the every-changing mountains and valleys, and the cool Carolina air, to the ever-present hummingbirds at the feeders on the deck, we are so glad we stayed here! Great Place To Get Away From It All

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home and the way it is furnished and set up for visitors. If there is one thing that sets this place apart, it is the incredible view. The drive up to the home is not too extreme for flatlanders, but if you have an underpowered car, you will know it on the drive up. We highly recommend it and plan to come back.
