This is a great big house with room for a big family gathering. It is the second time we stayed here and had an enjoyable time.

We had a great stay at this beautiful location! Came for a baseball tournament at diamond nation and it was the perfect location. Giant yard to set up my son’s tee and net we played yard games and they had basketball hoop on the paved drive way… beautiful patio for the adults to enjoy and great communication with the host! The house was plenty big enough for our group of 8 adults and two kids!

Weekend stay for a bike race

We had a great stay. The house had all the amenities we needed. AC worked well for the warm weekend. It was close to our event and was able to house our large group easily. Seems like a house that is lived in rather than just rented. Wasn't much of an issue for us.

Nice and close to shopping and restaurants

This was a big beautiful looking home, the stay was great. We really enjoyed the family room with its great reclining chair couches and great big TV!! We enjoyed cooking with all the different cooking gear that was in the kitchen. The house was nice and warm and we were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. It was a lovely stay and a great place to stay and have a family reunion!

Uncooperative host, dirty house, broken AC

The host refused to provide contact information other than the VRBO app. The door code did not work and I had to wait over an hour in the rain for someone to show up to give me a key to the house. I was also informed hours before check-in that the AC unit in the upstairs where all 4 bedrooms were located was broken and could not be fixed. The host installed a portable unit in one bedroom but the other 3 bedrooms were unbearably hot since the weather that week was in the mid-90s. The house was also grimy, dirty and the owner left toiletries, medications and all kinds of personal items all over the master bathroom. I communicated through the VRBO app to the property manager who was uncooperative in resolving the issues. We checked out early due to the unbearable heat in the bedrooms and the dirtiness of the house. I requested a refund from the host but they did not respond to my multiple attempts for a response.
