The host is very responsive and willing to help. The condo is so convenient to Auburn with easy access. I loved the layout with two bedrooms sharing a bathroom on each side with living area in the middle and a door for privacy into the living area if needed.

Great place to stay

We had family stay during a long holiday weekend and the place was great. It is set up like a nice dorm with separate bedroom and bathroom areas so that everyone has privacy with a central livingroom and kitchen. It was a great place to stay!

My family stayed for 4 days: 6 adults and an infant and it was a wonderful place to be together. The kitchen is small but sufficient and had everything we needed to cook/eat several meals together. The condo was well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher pods. We used the community pool, tennis courts, and pool table and loved being together. I would recommend this for anyone!

Great Dog-Friendly Stay for Auburn Events! This VRBO was the perfect setup for our family during sorority rush week while we waited for our student’s apartment to be ready.Highlights:Fantastic for Pets: If you're traveling with dogs, this place is a huge win. There is a fenced dog park on-site, plus waste receptacles conveniently placed along the lawns and walking paths.Great Location & Amenities: It’s in a convenient spot and very comfortable for a small group. While the accommodations skew a bit more student-friendly than high-end luxury, it is extremely well-stocked with everything you need for a stay ranging from a few days to a full week.Top-Notch Service: Host communication was excellent from start to finish—super quick and clear. We were so relieved to find such a hassle-free, comfortable option in Auburn during an otherwise crazy week. We’d definitely stay here again!

Gray place to short and long stays

The house is well located with access to student buses and shuttle. The complex has lots of services gym and pickleball courts. The house itself it’s full furnished and with all the amenities which was very helpful for our long stay. It’s perfect for exchange students who only want to stay a single semester and also for guests who come for a couple of days. And the house owner helped us whenever needed. Everything it’s a 5/5.
