Situated on the 2nd floor, this haven boasts a beautifully updated kitchen and baths, ensuring a comfortable stay complemented by amenities such as a large private pool with a heated spa, community gas grills, and access to premier golf and tennis facilities.
The bright living area opens onto a scenic deck with golf course views, perfect for unwinding or hosting family movie nights. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper arenât included in the reservation.
