The house boasts three beautifully furnished bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 7 guests - Three (3) Queen beds, one (1) of which has a trundle below. Each room is designed with a unique style and offers brand new automatic blinds installed in June 2024. The meticulously crafted kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including stainless steel appliances, a nespresso, barstool seating and a large dining table, perfect for family meals and entertaining.

The dining area, featuring expansive windows, seamlessly connects you to the breathtaking forest views that frame the main room.

Unwind in the spacious living room featuring a large L-shaped couch that comfortably seats 7 guests. Enjoy a unique movie night experience on a brand-new 86-inch flat-screen TV!

We had a fantastic time at this location. The property was secluded and the house was perfect. Beautifully laid out and relaxing. We would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area. Would love to come back again in the future!

Ghost's Getaway Is Great!

My wife and I, along with my sister and her two daughters, wanted a weekend near the Delaware for tubing, and this property was perfect for all of our needs! The river access is less than five minutes down the hill, and this house was very easy to find and access. The property is gorgeous, and the amenities are fantastic. From the GIGANTIC television to the fire pit, the electric blinds to the easy to use smart thermostat, staying here was a pleasure. William was a very flexible host, easy to reach and very responsive. We would not hesitate to book again!

This is our home away from home! We’ve been looking for the perfect private escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC for not just ourselves but our two beloved border collies. After a few patient years we located this beautiful home on this 5+ acre lot with incredible privacy, walking distance to the Delaware River and nestled between our two favorite towns Tusten and Callicoon.

We chose this neighborhood because of the privacy, beautiful raw nature with hundreds of soaring 60 ft trees surrounding the property, the nice summer stroll to take the dogs to the Delaware River and the connivence of visiting our two favorite towns - Tusten & Callicoon.
