Det är en härlig by som ligger på östra stranden av Delaware River, mittemot varifrån hemmet ligger. Det finns mycket att läsa om det nyligen både i tryck och online. Det är en charmig och mycket söt by med ett livfullt kulturliv.

Modern conveniences in a Rustic location

We had a wonderful time staying at the Glass House. It was everything that was advertised and more. The owner, Charles, couldn’t have been more helpful and organized so we knew right off the bat that we were not going to be surprised in any way but a good way! The area is very private so it’s set up for a peaceful retreat. The home is situated right on the Delaware River on the Pennsylvania side, the other side of the river is Callicoon, NY - a gorgeous town and really worth exploring if you have the time. The amenities were superb - huge bathrooms and modern designer accoutrements throughout the home, from the faucets, showers, and tubs to the refrigerator, and Thermador stove top, it was a experience staying there. We will most certainly be back next time we’re visiting the area.

Lovely modern home with riverview

Great communication with Charles before arriving - from how to enter property to recommendations as to where to go nearby. The house is well maintained and quite comfortable. We arrived after dark and the view we woke up to was breathtaking. The property was very tranquil and relaxing. The ability to open the door length windows, all with screens, was fantastic. The nearby town of calicoon, recommended by Charles, had great spots to eat and charming shops.

Beautiful House, Great Location

Stayed at the Glass House over New Years with friends and thought that it was wonderful! The house itself is gorgeous and super comfortable to stay in. The location right over the river is pretty - when we were there it was freezing and snowy so we weren't outside much, but I would imagine that this would be a great place to rent in the warm summer months when you would be able to BBQ. The fireplace wasn't operational when we were there, but I believe that this will be added in the future which will be a great addition. Just an FYI that all the bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows and doors that look out into the front or back yard but with no shades. I would recommend bringing eye masks to sleep in as the sun is blinding in the morning. If you are there in summer when people use the yard, you may want to tack up a sheet for some privacy. Loved this house and would definitely book again!

Hidden Treasure

Tucked away on the PA. side of the Delaware is this beautiful contemporary ranch. Beautiful amenities and views. Stayed here for a concert in Bethel Woods and it was conveniently located about 20 minutes away. My only negative is there could have been curtains on the bedroom windows, but I think the house is still fairly new and they just didn't get to that yet. Would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful modern home situated along the Delaware

We rented with 2 other couples to attend a concert in Bethel Woods. It was conveniently located. The house was great, just like the pictures showed Modern amenities throughout. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very nice. Would definitely go back!

Peaceful location

Home was lovely, well appointed kitchen. We loved watching the river and having morning coffee outside. Charles was very responsive to all calls. Drapes would be a welcome addition in the bedroom to block out the early sunrise. Quiet and peaceful home, short drive to some fun small towns.
