"Koppla av vid Crystal Beach" - Vackert 4 sovrum rymligt hem - Great Beach View

Vår strand Huset byggdes 2011 och ligger på 3: e raden i en dubbel mycket. Vi har en fantastisk utsikt över stranden som är tillgänglig till fots eller med bil. Huset har 4 sovrum och 3 bad med ett stort rum och kök / matsal samt en utomhusbar. Vid varje ände av huset finns ett sovrum med ytterligare två sovrum i mitten som delar ett jack n Jill bad. Befälhavarna båda har en dubbelsäng, medan den mellersta rum är utrustade med skräddarsydda våningssängar (som har en mycket rymligare utrymme än den typiska säng). Ett rum innehåller 2 Dubbel säng och den andra har en full på botten och dubbla ovanpå våningssäng.

Vi hyr ut till endast familjer - vi är glada att dela vår strand hem med andra familjer som kommer att uppskatta och respekt som vi gör.

Great Location & Cozy Beach House

Beautiful water views from almost every room! The beach is a very short walk from this lovely, well-appointed home. The neighbors are not too close so you don't feel crowded or that you have no privacy. The owner was responsive and very pleasant during the booking and arrival processes. We stayed Thanksgiving Week 2024 so the beach house had probably been closed for the season so there was a little dust but nothing of importance. A set of double doors leading to the deck didn’t open but there were 3 other options for accessing the large deck. The bathrooms were clean and fresh bed linens were provided. The kitchen was spacious, had nice appliances (loved the double ovens) and there was plenty dishware and flatware for serving Thanksgiving dinner to a large family. There is a cargo lift that made getting provisions up from the lower level parking deck much easier than taking the stairs. YAY!!! Great property with everything you need.

Great House!!

This is a great house and great location! Love the layout of the house and the location! The Host was very helpful as well! Other than it raining hard every day that we were there, we would definitely want to come back to this house and would highly recommend it!

We planned our vacation right before the hurricane was going to hit... our bad luck.. BUT Kathleen went above and beyond!! She was very understanding and was very patient with me and my family, as we were very nervous about the whole situation. My family and I will rent from her any time we go back to Crystal Beach!

Beautiful home, amazing vacation!

The home was everything we could have expected and MORE! The pictures did not do the property justice. Its just beautiful! The owners were great! They called to check in on us after check in and were very quick to respond when we had questions or needed anything. The entire peninsula lost power for about 9 hours one night and Kathleen made sure to keep us updated and had flashlights available for us to use! Rooms were well spaced out and plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Annual Family Vacation

Every year our family goes to Crystal Beach for a family getaway. This is our second time to stay at this property and tried to get it another time but it was booked. We love the layout and views of the ocean. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The owners are excellent to work with and we highly recommend staying here. We will be back for a third time to this property if it’s available. It’s been our favorite place to stay in the five years we’ve vacationed at Crystal Beach.

Perfect for families!

Annual Girlcation

We’d honestly like to keep this home a secret! It was so perfect for our 6th annual Girlcation! There were 8 of us and there was MORE than enough room. Close to the quiet end of the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped for our amateur chefs. Porch was great for relaxing as was the open concept living area. Just perfect. Not one complaint from us!

Family Fun

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house for families! We took both sets of grandparents, kids and siblings and the floor plan was amazing! There is plenty of room in the main area for everyone to hang out while cooking and eating. The rooms are separated enough that you get a little privacy when needed. The location was amazing for the beach! We set up camp and could see it from the windows all day. Easy access to walk or take a short golf cart ride to the beach. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking our meals. I would recommend staying here 10/10!! The one thing I would recommend is a TON of bug spray, the mosquitoes were no joke!!!

This place is great!

We loved the house. Perfect size, clean, had everything we needed. Only thing it didn’t have was an electrical hookup at the fish cleaning station but thats me being picky. 5 out of 5 stars and the owners were great to deal with! Definitely want to keep this place a secret!

The Treehouse

We rented the house (treehouse my grand daughter called it) for my 50th birthday. From the time we walked in we were pleasantly surprised, it is much larger than pictures show. So much room for our family to relax, visit, cook, play cards etc… The house was very clean & had everything we needed for cooking, grilling & just enjoying each other’s company. Sewing Retreat

The owner was helpful and apologetic about cleanliness. Dead bugs and live ants. Kitchen greasy, Floor dirty, cabinets dirty inside and out throughout house. The location has nice beach views. It’s just needs a facelift and thorough cleaning. Much wear for a 10 year old house. Given this, it would be a great place for a group.

Weekend Getaway

I booked this beach house at the last minute. This trip was unplanned but the beach house is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL! It was very clean as well. The owner was very polite and answered all my questions when I got there. The beds were comfortable. The house has everything a woman wants and needs in the kitchen. I loved the ocean views and the fact that the beach is in walking distance💜 If you're debating on renting this house, just rent it. It's so worth it and I'll be booking it again for next August 💜💜💜💜💜
