Welcome to our stunningly vibrant home nestled in the charming town of Thunderbolt, just minutes from the enchanting Downtown Savannah! This spacious and meticulously designed three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom haven is the perfect blend of modern elegance and Southern charm. The carefully chosen palette of colors adds a touch of playfulness to the sophisticated interior.

Step inside and be greeted by an abundance of natural light across the open-concept living spaces, creating a cheerful atmosphere.

The heart of this home is the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with modern appliances that make cooking a joyous experience. Whip up your favorite meals with ease and gather around the stylish dining area to savor culinary delights and create lasting memories.

As the day winds down, retreat to the spacious bedrooms that offer both privacy and tranquility. Each room is thoughtfully furnished and decorated to ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. The primary bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom, adding an extra layer of convenience and luxury. Each bedroom is equipped with TV's and sound machines to drown the traffic noise that can be experienced during high traffic times.

The pool is a shared community pool enjoyed by 14 other units and is not heated. Pool availability is from Memorial Day through Labor Day. We provide pool chairs and toys to enhance your experience. It's a short walk across the parking lot.

For our guests traveling with furry friends, the fully fenced backyard is a paradise waiting to be explored. Your canine companions will revel in the freedom to roam and play while you relax on the patio with a refreshing beverage in hand. The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.

Parking is a breeze with the accommodation for up to three cars, including the convenience of a one-car garage. No need to worry about finding a spot or navigating tight spaces – your vehicles will be safe and sound.

Our townhome's prime location offers the best of both worlds. Immerse yourself in the history and charm of Savannah's historic downtown, just a short 10-minute drive away. Explore cobblestone streets, dine in renowned restaurants, and soak in the rich culture that this city exudes.

If you're seeking the sun, sand, and surf, Tybee Island beckons with its stunning beaches and vibrant coastal vibe, only a scenic 15-minute drive from your doorstep.

Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a family adventure, or a friends' retreat, our spacious, bright, and colorful townhome is the perfect home base for your Savannah and Tybee Island escapades.

Guests will have access to the townhouse, the backyard, the garage, and one additional (unassigned) parking spot across from the property. You can park up to three vehicles here: one in the garage, one right outside of the garage door, and a third on an unassigned spot across from the apartment's front steps. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details.

The townhome is located in a quiet residential complex with working professionals, military personnel stationed in Savannah, and other families as residents.

The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks. You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
