Fantastiskt enkelt strandhus med alla bekvämligheter. På återvändsgränd med stor gård, däck, uteplats, utomhusdusch. Huset är bara 14 år gammalt så allt är nytt och rent. Övervåningen (3 sovrum, 1 badrum) var just färdigställd i augusti 2019 och har central luftkonditionering!

Koppla av på däck eller uteplats efter en dag på stranden. Mycket stort sovrum med stor garderob på första våningen .. Andra sovrummet på första våningen har två enkelsängar som omvandlas till våningssäng om du vill. Fullt badrum på varje våning. Tre sovrum på övervåningen.

Fullt utrustat kök (diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, mixer, du heter det) med separat matplats som öppnar till däck och uteplats.

Nära till stads- och statliga stränder, affärer, restauranger, glassbarer etc. Minuter från Block Island Ferry, 25 minuter till Newport.

Nephew’s Graduation

We were in town for my nephew’s HS graduation. The house was big enough to fit my parents, my family of four, and my brother and sister. It was just perfect for what we needed! Very clean and spacious and adorably decorated.

Weekend Dance competition stay

Two families with children shared this home during a weekend long dance competition in South Kingstown. Location to Narragansett shops and restaurants was perfect and just five minutes from the competition location. House was very clean and comfortable, accommodated multiple sleeping options and communication with owner was top notch!

Weekend stay

Listing is very accurate. Clean and a great location. Suzie is very responsive prior to the trip but we didn’t even need to message her throughout the weekend because everything was so organized for our arrival. Great stay!

Lovely stay

Our only little hiccup was difficulty locating the wifi password but the owner eventually got it to us. Otherwise the listing was accurate and the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Beautiful property

My family and I (total of 8) stayed here for a wedding in Newport we attended. Location was great and the house was beautiful! We all fit comfortably and were impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Would definitely like to come back for another stay and would highly recommend this property to others !

Comfortable for the whole family

Great house, excellent location, our 3 generations had plenty of room. Especially enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom, recently renovated. Outside private patio with a cool breeze perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Relaxing

This property was perfect. 6 adults and our dog had plenty of room and enjoyed the private back yard the only thing I would have liked would be some updated pots and pans. Although I love to cook and am very picky so if not cooking… and a pot and pan snob…it was perfect. Will tent here again

I am a mother of two and retired elementary school teacher. We enjoy spending as much time in our second home as we can. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We like to think of you as our guests, rather than our renters.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love Naragansett. It's peaceful and quiet, but has enough to do nearby. It's convenient enough for us to go for a weekend but far enough that we feel we have really gotten away. We have been vacationing in Narragansett for 22 years.

There are the town beach and 4 state beaches nearby. It is close enough to many wonderful towns for half- or full-day trips. We love to visit Newport, hang out at the town beach, and walk the sea wall every night from our house. We have found the people warm and welcoming.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

It is walkable to the sea wall, shops, library, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It is a very short drive to several beaches, including one that allows dogs. The dead end street is quiet with only 5 houses.. The yard is big enough for great games of catch. It is a short bike ride to the bike path that goes from Narragansett for 7+ miles each way (and has our favorite bakery and ice cream stops along the way).
