Lovely Stay and Lots of Space

It was great! In the area for a hockey game. Quick drive to URI, minutes to Narragansett. The house is just as described and in such a lovely neighborhood. Lots of space and Kimberly has it so well stocked! The entire process was seamless and Kimberly is the perfect host!! Should our travels bring us to this area again, we will be back!!

Amazing stay

We loved our visit to Naragansett. Kim was an amazing host, gave great reco’s and thought of every last detail to make her guests comfortable. Pool was lovely, beds were comfortable and we had more than enough space for everyone. Would definitely recommend Kim’s house to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was awesome , the area was as nice as the listing said it was. The property owner was very good with information to help us along on our stay. The house was perfect size and the pool was worth it for afternoons after the beach. I would recommend staying at this rental

"bestest" house and host

We had an abdolutely wonderful time at this beach house! we've stayed at many lovely homes dealung with great host managers, but Kim is absolutely the best re accommodations, genuine caring , and so many extras with stocked cupboards, clean AND SOFT TOWELS AND ESP COMFORTABLE BEDS. House is very homey- house is gorgeous! we did NOT want to leave - my hubby, our dog and ME! Maureen S

Excellent!

We were in for my son's graduation. The property manager went out of her way to communicate with me, even went as far as to help me find a caterer and bakery! This house was fantastic and a great location to the college!

Perfect place

This was the perfect spot for us the neighborhood it’s quiet I’m perfect for families! Was not that far from the beach and the pool is perfect for an after beach dip! Thank you for sharing g your home with us! Beds were comfortable in place was very clean.!

Great time

We had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager checked in a few times making sure all was well and offering some advice on local activities. The kids really enjoyed the on-site pool. We were within easy distance to the beach and other activities

Super clean home!!

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s house very much, it was nice to sit by the pool in the morning with our coffee!! Kim’s house was very well stocked with all different items that a lot of people might forget to bring!! We would definitely stay again at Kim’s house!

Great home

We really enjoyed this property has it had ever were looking for, the family was able to spend time on the deck, beautiful stars above really nice. The interior was decorated very nicely. The bedroom set up worked perfectly for our family. Only great things to say it made us think about coming back again in the summer

Amazing Summer House

Fantastic House!

We had a great time at this property. It was perfectly clean, well organized, and even better than the photos. Everyone loved it. The location to the beaches is exactly as advertised. Kim is extremely thoughtful, helpful and quick to respond. I could not have asked for a better experience! We are already booking for next year!

Wonderful rental!

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful time my family had! We visit RI every year and this was our favorite stay. The kids had a blast in the pool, we were so close to bay campus beach, and we loved the neighborhood. Kim was super easy to work with and communicative. The house has everything you need and more. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent Stay

We loved our stay in the home and made many memories with our cousins that live close by. We had one mishap with a bed and it was fixed within a day plus some accommodations. I would suggest this home to anyone looking at staying in RI.

Fun time

Perfect set up!

The entire experience was great! Check in and access was smooth, the house was a great set up for socializing in the kitchen/dining area and living room, the outdoor deck by the pool was a bonus. The location is a short easy drive to multiple beaches and having the pool allowed the kids to keep playing in water while the adults relaxed after the beach and got dinner ready. The neighborhood was great and allowed the kids a safe, easily manageable (would have been hard to get lost) place to ride their bikes. Kim was so easy to work with and accommodating and was clearly focused on making our stay a wonderful experience. All together the experience was exactly what you want for a vacation- easy and relaxing. We are already looking at what week we will be back next year!

From enjoying the diverse beauty of the ocean, boating in the bay, hiking and picnicking or jumping on the Block Island Ferry to spend the day enjoying the Mohegan Bluffs and beautiful beaches, we've got it all here in little RI. You can visit Providence with its fine dining, museums and college areas and if the mood strikes you, there are 2 world famous casinos about 45 minutes away.

My home has a great salt pool to relax and cool off, central air, tv’s in all the rooms and a chefs kitchen with everything you need and more. We supply all white sheets, towels, duvets, to keep it all clean and sanitized. Spices, oils, vinegars and paper goods to get you going are supplied. We are in a quiet, no party neighborhood so that you and the neighbors can relax and enjoy. And we happily accept your furry family members. 🐶
