West End Eden is an elegant, tranquil condo overlooking Nashville’s West End, home to infamous locales such as the Parthenon, Centennial Park, and Vanderbilt University. Blending urban thrills with homely comforts, this condo is filled with stylishly chic decor, natural lighting, robust bunk beds, plush linens, kitchen appliances, and all the luxury you could possibly need for your Nashville getaway.
With 4 beds that can comfortably house up to 8 guests, this cozy condo will provide plenty of space to spread your legs in between walks to Centennial Park or short drives to downtown (less than 10 minutes to Broadway). Curated by a local designer, the spacious living room leads into a private balcony, perfect for a morning latte or evening martini, replete with a couch, coffee table, and cocktail set. For additional convenience, West End Eden contains an in-unit washer and dryer, which will especially come in handy if you take advantage of the building’s 24/7 gym or year-round outdoor pool.

✶ Second bedroom with queen-size built-in bunk beds and a full-size trundle bed.

Building Amenities:
✶ Elevator Access: Easily access your unit with the building's elevator, offering a step-free path from the garage to the unit. (The unit itself has no steps.)
✶ Parking Garage: Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
✶ Pool and Gym: Take a dip in the pool (The pool is open all year and is regularly serviced especially from May to October) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily, or stay fit with the 24/7 gym.

✶ West End is a well-established, peaceful neighborhood, only an 8-minute drive to the vibrant hustle and bustle of Broadway.
✶ Vanderbilt University and Medical Center is a short 5-minute drive away, providing convenience for students, visitors, parents, and professionals.
✶ Within walking distance, you can visit the iconic Parthenon and Centennial Park, you can see live music and grab drinks at The Local, or you can eat a great meal at Bricktop's or the brand new Mexican restaurant on the first floor of the Odyssey's building.

✶ Check-in starts at 4 p.m. ✶ Check-out by 11 a.m.
Door codes are deactivated shortly after checkout. Let us know beforehand if you will be arriving in Nashville before 4 p.m., as we might be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability.
✶ Smart Lock: the codes to the building and to the unit (2 separate codes) will be accessible in your guest portal the day prior to your arrival.
✶ Parking is located to the rear of the building (not on 31st Ave). Contact us if you have any issues finding it. We have added a Google Maps photo to this listing with specific instructions on how to access the garage.
✶ Building and community amenity spaces are available to all Odyssey guests. We as hosts have no control over them and their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability. In the event that any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we will inform the Odyssey of such but assume no responsibility for these spaces.
✶ Potential noise can be heard during the day from a construction site next to the building. This unit is located on the opposite side of the site. You should not hear noise from this condo, but you can hear it from the pool area.
✶ The pool is open year-round from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty.
✶ This unit is NOT pet-friendly.

We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.

- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Parking is available in the garage, free of charge. Additional free street parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
