The Urban Cowboy invites you into the spirit of Music City, offering an unbeatable location in Nashvilleâs West End on the top floor of the Odyssey building. Walking distance to the gorgeous Centennial Park, the towering replica of the Parthenon, and Vanderbilt University, the Urban Cowboy provides an elegant homebase for couples, families, or small groups (of up to 4 guests) to explore Nashville in luxury and comfort.
Settled in a peaceful neighborhood that provides a short drive to downtown (less than 10 minutes), this luxury condo will help you make the most of your trip, including a fully-equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a reserved parking space, and a 24/7 gym. Meanwhile, when youâre ready to unwind from a busy day around town, the Retreatâs muted colors, floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy couches, and private balcony will make it easy to rest and recharge.
Accommodation:
â¶ Primary suite includes a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
â¶ Second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and vanity/workspace.
â¶ Second bathroom adjacent to the fully-equipped kitchen.
Building Amenities:
â¶ Elevator Access: Easily access your unit with the building's elevator, offering a step-free path from the garage to the unit. (The unit itself has no steps.)
â¶ Parking Garage: Parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
â¶ Pool and Gym: Take a dip in the pool (The pool is open all year and is regularly serviced especially from May to October) from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily or stay fit with the 24/7 gym.
Amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided. For families traveling with small children, special provisions can be made available upon request (i.e., crib, play mat, high chair). Additional amenities will be at the cost of the guests.

We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plus what's already on the holder. Please note that we do not offer restocking during your stay, so you may need to purchase additional supplies if needed.

â¶ Vanderbilt University and Medical Center is a short 5-minute drive away, providing convenience for students, visitors, parents, and professionals.
â¶ Within walking distance, you can visit the iconic Parthenon and Centennial Park, you can see live music and grab drinks at The Local, or you can eat a great meal at Bricktop's or the brand new Mexican restaurant on the first floor of the Odyssey's building.
â¶ Enjoy delicious Mexican cuisine at Tito's Mexican Restaurant, conveniently located on the street level. With a vibrant atmosphere and flavorful dishes, it's the perfect spot to grab a bite during your stay.

Door codes are deactivated shortly after checkout. Let us know beforehand if you will be arriving in Nashville before 4 p.m., as we might be able to accommodate an early check-in for an additional fee, subject to availability.
â¶ Smart Lock: the codes to the building and to the unit (2 separate codes) will be accessible in your guest portal the day prior to your arrival.
â¶ Parking is located to the rear of the building (not on 31st Ave). Contact us if you have any issues finding it. We have added a Google Maps photo to this listing with specific instructions on how to access the garage.
â¶ Building and community amenity spaces are available to all Odyssey guests. We as hosts have no control over them and their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, and/or availability. In the event that any of the building amenities become unavailable or have issues, we will inform the Odyssey of such but assume no responsibility for these spaces.
â¶ Potential noise can be heard during the day from a construction site next to the building. This unit is located on the opposite side of the site. You should not hear noise from this condo, but you can hear it from the pool area.
â¶The pool is open all year and is regularly serviced especially from May to October from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. There is no lifeguard on duty.
â¶ This unit is NOT pet-friendly.
â¶ We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
â¶ Available Hosts: we are a team of women, and we are always available for our guests. During office hours, the local hosting team will be happy to help. After hours, our guest services team will answer emergencies.

- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Parking is available in the garage, free of charge. Additional free street parking is available in the neighborhood
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
- For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
