This is a clean comfortable home. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the kitchen, living room, and backyard patio. Could use some updating, reminds me of staying at a friend house.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was cute, clean, comfortable and fresh, and the neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to everything we wanted to do while in Austin. Everything was exactly as shown in the listing and we had everything we needed. It was a perfect place for our Austin Labor Day weekend and we look forward to staying again next time we’re in town.

Our stay here was wonderful!! The space was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect—My sister and I stayed here for ACL and it was a great location to get to and from the festival, great restaurants, and in a nice, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host was welcoming, clearly communicated, and was very accommodating!! I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!!! Thanks again Brooks!

I nice space to crash at after a day of adventure.

While the check in process was rough due to this site not forwarding the information needed leaving both sides confused. Other than that everything was near perfect we were left wanting nearly nothing. Definitely a place I would use again. The whole reason for the trip was the bats, and this was a nice close place for that while remaining quiet and pri
