Modern, trevligt inredda casita, vårt pensionat, ett sovrum, 1. 5 bad i hjärtat av stadsdelen Zilker, gångavstånd till restauranger och centrum. Höjdpunkt är en terrass med fantastisk utsikt över centrum. Det är mycket privat, ligger i baksidan av vår stora egendomen. Ett bra ställe att semester och njuta av Austin. Lugnt område där alla känner varandra. Perfekt ställe att göra hemmabas samtidigt utforska Austin. Nära Zilker Park där ACL hålls, centrum och berömda distriktet South Congress ligger också i närheten.

Zilker Casita stay

Very happy with this property. Very clean. Excellent view of downtown skyline. Really enjoyed the outside patio. Had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Excellent view in Zilker neighborhood

The property is as described, clean and close to everything in South Austin. The host was quickly responsive and helpful on any questions and despite living on the property as well, remained non-intrusive. Perfect spot!!!

All that view and more!

What a perfect stay - so thoughtfully put together with everything we needed provided. Mornings waking up to that view/ evenings closing it down looking out over the city - just magical! The location couldn't be better. I really couldn't recommend any more highly, it is perfect!

Was in town for a convention and this property was within walking distance of the Palmer center. Great location to other attractions. Bed was comfortable, owner was responsive. Loved the view from the second floor deck!

Beautiful place! Quiet location!

The place is so beautiful and well equipped. Location is quiet and safe. We had a rental car so it was a short distance into Austin and other locations. Great View if the city. We loved the deck and the two living areas! Thank you so much!

Austin Getaway

We spent 4 nights in Austin to check out the city. The property is walking distance (2-3 miles) from downtown. The neighborhood of the home is nice some of the surrounding area is sketchy for us non city folks. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Great walk in shower and bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony area. My wish would be an umbrella or awning for the morning hours. Great spot for coffee or cocktails. Casita was clean and the owner was quick to communicate when needed.

View of downtown Austin ~ awesome

First time visitors , in town for a family wedding. Susana was easy peasy communicate with. Initially told her we’d not being renting a car, last minute we did and she was very accommodating, giving up her spot in her drive for us. Property is darling, clean, good supplies, great yard with plenty outdoor activities. Our favorite feature by far was the deck overlooking downtown Austin. Easy location for Ubers & Lyfts. Great location.

Perfect basecamp for discovering Austin

Very happy to have found this gem. Houses four with ease. Clean and well planned. The view is spectacular. Coming from Sweden we found the trafic in Austin to be pretty horrible, but the house is close to the wonderful riverwalk, canoe- and bikerentals. We have nothing to complain about.

This was the perfect spot. My son loved sleeping upstairs, we took the downstairs. Great place in a cute neighborhood. We could walk all around. Highly recommend!

This is our guest house. It is in a setting where guests can enjoy privacy. The Zilker neighborhood is a very interactive place where neighbors know each other, take walks, ride bikes. We want to maintain the family oriented environment and ask our guests to respect the neighborhood. No parties please.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We live in the heart of Austin, a vibrant city with much to offer. We are within walking distance of numerous restaurants, the hike and bike trails, Zilker Park (short walk to ACL!) and shopping. It is perfect place to stay when coming in for ACL, SXSW, Film Festival, Formula1, Austin Kite Festival, UT football games, XGames. It's a walk or short taxi ride from downtown and UT.
