Hot tub was awesome. Very close proximity to the beach. North shore is the place to stay. Had chairs and a beach umbrella provided by the host. House was supper clean and better than a 5 star resort. We loved it!

Beautiful property. Very close to Anini beach. House is lovely and the high tech toilets and outside showers were awesome. Abundance of plant life and we really loved the Jacuzzi. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Amazing Island Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: with an outdoor area that can only be described as heaven on earth. The master bed is extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is extremely well appointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful. It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer. Outdoor showers were a unique, fun touch. Just a few minute walk to the beach, which was great for snorkeling and watching the sunrise. Very quiet and peaceful. Description should include they have 2 beach chairs and umbrella.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfection. Clean with bright windows over looking the breautful yard. The rooms were equally gorgeous. Most rental have one good room and the others not as nice. This place had two beautiful rooms and a beautiful outdoor shower. A short walk to the beach was a fun discovery. They provided chairs which was a nice touch. A gorgeous hot tub to soak in after a long hike or good workout. We cannot wait to book again !

There is so much to love about this home. I think a couple of details could be made more clear: when the listing says outdoor showers, it means NO indoor showers. Each bedroom has an indoor en-suite toilet/bidet and vanity, but no indoor bathing option. Each bedroom has its own fenced outdoor shower garden, as depicted in the photos for the listing. These gardens are lovely and private from other people, but you will absolutely encounter local insects — especially if you want to bathe at night. We have been to Kauai many, many times and understand that cockroaches, centipedes, slugs and mosquitos are part of the local ecosystem, but no one in our party wanted to bathe outdoors at night given the critter situation.The house was spotless. The location feels super private and you can walk to the beach. The cottage has a very well equipped kitchen, great appliances, and super comfortable beds. The vintage couches are cool looking, but don’t allow a party of 3 (or more) to stretch out at the same time. Just keep this in mind if you like to watch movies together in the evenings. The Sonos system and smart TV were great for streaming music, shows and movies. The property, plantings and pond are gorgeous. Beach equipment was brand new and super convenient. The gas grill was also fantastic. Overall it is a lovely and carefully designed space, you just need to go in clear eyed about the showers and couches.
