This home is in the heart of the historic district and was just renovated top to bottom with everything new.
Although an historic home, it is fully modern and updated with new fixtures and appliances. 4 blocks to restaurants, shopping and parks.
We bought this house a couple of years ago and have just finished restoring it in June 2024. Originally built in 1900.
Master has a king bed, and the second bedroom a queen.

Two additional rentals are located close by.
Do reach out to us should you wish to rent all three properties. The additional rentals will sleep up to 10 more and is located just next door!

We love our four-legged guests. There's a $120 pet fee for stays up to 28 days. If you're planning a longer stay, just reach out - pricing may vary a bit.

To keep things safe and comfortable for everyone:
â No barking or aggressive pups
â Dogs should be crated when left alone in the cottage
đ No smoking or vaping indoors
We like to keep the air fresh for every guest.
đ Quiet hours: 9pm to 8am
Feel free to unwind and relax - just keep things peaceful during those hours; we donât want the neighbors being disturbed in their homes.
