The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals for the whole crew.
Guests have free access to the AMAZING Windsor island Resort Clubhouse and amenities.
1st Floor living room is beautifully decorated and features a 55 inch Smart TV with Cable.
You will be able to unwind in your own private screened pool and lanai and show everyone the talented chef you are by cooking poolside in your gas BBQ grill (optional service / add-on).
Half Bathroom downstairs with access to pool area + living room.
On the second floor you will find a Loft for the whole family to hang out, catch a game or just catch a movie and chill! 2nd Floor Loft features a 65inch Smart Tv with Cable.
Located in Davenport, about 10 miles from Disney Park complex (According to Apple Maps) and with easy access to all Orlando area attractions, restaurants, shopping malls and golf courses!

Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee / subject availability.
STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13 gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles outside the front of house.
RESORT ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all adults (Under 18 in case they are driving) in the group to gain access to the Resort / Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the Airbnb chat in due time.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
