Welcome to our light & airy one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of San Diego - a peaceful retreat for couples, solo travelers, and your beloved four-legged companions! This hidden gem is away from the hustle & bustle of the city, but is just minutes away from the city’s best beaches, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Gaslamp District, Little Italy, Sea World, and much more. Discover the perfect blend of comfort and convenience by booking your stay today!

The Space:
Our top-level Airbnb unit has been meticulously designed to prioritize your comfort. We take pride in providing a private, clean, and tranquil environment, offering a fully furnished space with high-quality amenities. The living room offers generous seating and a flat-screen TV. Our bathroom includes a bathtub, and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including plateware, flatware, cookware, a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.

Additionally, you'll have access to our shared backyard, complete with lush turf for your furry friends and a patio featuring a comfortable seating area and dining table for four people. It’s perfect for hosting a BBQ, sunbathing, or simply unwinding after a long day of exploring!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to everything shown in the photos. Street parking is free and plentiful, and the home comes with one assigned parking space in the alley behind the property.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is just two blocks from Barrio Logan, an artistic, industrial area with Mexican roots. At its heart is Chicano Park, with dozens of murals depicting the community’s past activism, alongside images of notable figures like Frida Kahlo. Former warehouses on Logan Avenue now house galleries, taco shops, and craft breweries and coffee shops where you can experience the city skylines, local music and even the occasional wild parrot flying overhead!

We love being 1 to 2 miles from downtown, a quick Uber to beautiful Coronado Island and its beach, and within a few miles of Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and the fun neighborhoods of North Park, South Park, Golden Hill, and Hillcrest. We'd be happy to tell you about our favorite spots!

Getting Around:
The property has one off street parking space. Ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft are a great way to get to Downtown, Coronado Island, Balboa Park, or the North Park, South Park, Hillcrest, or Golden Hill neighborhoods. Barrio Logan is an easy 5 to 10 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
Please contact the host before booking stays longer than 30 days.

While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation.

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $45 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. InsureMyTrip offers plans from 21 different carriers, have an easy-to-follow website that allows you to compare and contrast each policy or e-mail details to yourself, and offer a wide range from standard policies to 5 star coverage. If you do a quick online search it should pop up.

Stay for convention center

Apartment was super clean! Easy check in and host was great with communication - very responsive. Everything was as advertised. Neighborhood is so convenient to downtown, only a quick 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again.
