Tropical paradise describes this place perfectly.

This was perfect for two couples, and would easily accommodate three couples. Probably would be perfect for a family with 3-4 kids. Hot tub was perfect, in it's separate building. The outside shower, with walls but no ceiling was a real delight. Excellent water pressure out there. Could see the sky, birds and butterflies. Be aware that the bedroom doors are slatted, not solid. No sound barrier there. Well stocked kitchen. Owners are next door and extremely responsive.

Amazing

Wonderful stay at the Black Pearl,property exactly as presented in pictures.Outdoor living area was lovely,indoors was generously equipped,laundry soap,dishwasher pucks,toilet paper.Beautiful white linens and towels supplied,great attention to detail with the decor.The property was immaculate,I will 100% rent here agai.

Excellent Beach Getaway

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Centrally located for day trips in several directions, and reasonably within walking distance of the beach for active guests.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Black Pearl! The home was in a perfect location, although we didn’t make it to the beach, it was very close. The house minutes from anything that you might need including lots of restaurants, Walmart and Publix. We will definalty book this house in the future.

Clean, comfortable, classy & cozy

Our family traveled from St. Augustine to Melbourne for a family wedding and all the festivities that surround such a joyous occasion! We were overjoyed to have found The Black Pearl! This home is a true gem! Lisa was a delight to work with and communicated wonderfully. The home has so many special touches that it’s hard to name them all, but I’ll certainly mention a few standouts! The beds are insanely comfortable, the house is incredibly clean, the outdoor shower is wonderful, as is the hot tub. We drove to the beach (about 3 minutes away) and found parking immediately. The location of this home is absolutely perfect and super convenient! We definitely hope to return before too long!
