Nice space

The house and pool were nice and clean. The location was convenient. My only complaint was the overwhelming scent from the plug-in scent modules all around the house.

Perfect place

The property is in a nice quite neighborhood, right across from the beach. The swimming pool was a major plus! Very clean and well kept property!

Great Stay

Great location, close to beach with a very short walk, backyard pool was great especially with pool toys and floats available. something for all the kids ages 6-16. Nice quiet neighborhood would definitely stay here again.

Loved being so close to the beach

We enjoyed being so close to the beach. But the pool area and furniture needs to be updated / repaired or replaced, weeds pulled and general maintance done in this area.

The best

The house was so easy to access and in a great place! Everything was so clean and nicely placed around the house! The pool was the perfect temperature and they even provided extra floats! It was so clean outside on the patio and in the pool!! Very pleased with the cleanliness!!

Very comfortable house, great location.

Great location. Near beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, shopping and fishing. Fun place to go with family and kids. The pool was a huge plus. Nothing fancy but very comfortable and clean house made for a relaxing vacation. Never had to leave the island!

Cute house with plenty of space

This was a great place to stay! Loved the beachy decor! Kids had plenty of space to do their thing. Pool was great and we could walk to the beach. Master was on the opposite side of the house so I could sleep and not hear the teens that are night owls! Nice, safe neighborhood. Lou’s Blues was not far and a great place for nightlife with great bands. Shopping wasn’t far. Owner’s were quickly responsive if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!!

Well kept home in pleasant neighborhood

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Short drive to beach access. House is clean and well kept. Great having washer and dryer at the property.

Nice vacation rental/great location

Very nice property, great location; within walking distance of a State beach Access with restroom. Close to stores. Very clean and accessible. Great communication with owner; pool filter system wasn't working when first arrived; texted owner and was immediately responsive. Definitely recommend for a visit to the Cape Canaveral area.

We had some issues with the roof leaking but it was rectified by the owner immediately. Also the grill needed cleaning. Overall it was relaxing and very close to the beach!

Great Time

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint house. It was exactly as advertised. Easy access just off A1A. Lots of space for a family and the pool was refreshing. Multiple TVs for your enjoyment (although we didn’t watch much TV). Plenty of supplies were available for the dishwasher and laundry. One oddity, there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms. Wasn’t horrible, but we had to live out of suitcases for the week.

Indian Harbour Beach Pool Home Close to the Beach

My children enjoyed hours of fun swimming and playing in the pool with the generous amount of pool floaties provided. We needed to spend quality time together and just relax for a long weekend and we were able to do just that. Being in walking distance to the beach, close to Gleason Park, restaurants, and Publix, the location is fabulous. The bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and inviting. A very nicely decorated beachy vacation house overall.

Total Relaxation and Perfection!

My family came to this lovely home after 4 crazy busy days in Disney. This house had everything we needed and more! We cooked in almost every night and the house had everything we needed. The pool was AMAZING! We enjoyed it every single day! The bedrooms were comfortable and the beds were super cozy and comfy. My husband and I went for a few walks around the cute neighborhood and chatted with several very friendly people. The beach was walking distance for sure, but we chose to drive and park at the little beach parking lot about 2 minutes from the house. The beach was BEAUTIFUL! The owners - I have nothing but praise to write about them. They were super responsive to all communication. They thought of everything that could be needed for a wonderful stay. They were so kind and considerate. Grocery stores, Target, Walmart, etc were very close. We spent one morning playing pickleball just a short drive away. We drove to Cocoa Beach for dinner at Bruno’s Pizza one night….and the kids loved shopping at Ron Jon. We did the bioluminescence kayak tour one night as well. This house is a 10/10. We have already been talking about our return! :)

House Too Hot for Fun

Pros- Nicely decorated, close to beach Cons- House was over 78 degrees the majority of the time. - Unable to enjoy cooking or living room due to the heat in the house. The one master bedroom cooled off and that was it. - They did have an AC guy come out who said it was an insulation problem in the house. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU TRIP IS IN THE PEAK OF SUMMER. - - It's a shame it but a huge damper in our trip in what would have otherwise been a great property, but would not stay again.

Great Wedding Weekend Stay

I was in town with two friends and their significant others for a wedding, so this location was great for us to be able to easily get to and from the venue as well as close to grocery stores and places to eat. It was a bit too cold for the pool, but we still were able to enjoy sitting out back. Gleason Park was a short walk away and nice path fro a walk or run. All in all, it was a successful and enjoyable stay.

Family stay

Adorable house near beach and many stores. Loved having an inground pool. Only problem was extra room with TV and games kept popping breakers. Washer and dryer would work but nothing else. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks
