Two minute walk from beautiful sands of South Beach. This unit on the second floor of Empire Building on Collins Avenue will greet you inside with an easy self check-in keypad. With bars, restaurants and convenience stores all around, after a fun night out enjoy a peaceful stay at this excellent 2-bedroom condo in Miami Beach. This enchanting property offers tremendous comfort and convenience for guests. With 2 queen beds in the bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, our place can comfortably sleep six. With a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, TVs in every room, cards and board games, beach chairs/ towels and umbrella, this vacation rental has everything you need for a delightful stay. Stay connected with WiFi, keep your clothes fresh with the coin laundry on same floor, and enjoy the comfort of AC and heating. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.

Great space and location

Location is very central to South Beach and the apartment was comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. They also had two beach chairs and towels that we could take to the beach.

Correct pour 2 jours Bon emplacement. L’entrĂ©e n’est pas trĂšs invitant, sale et ne sent pas trĂšs bon. Apparemment propre un minimum seulement. Manque de papier de toilette.

Perfect Location and Cool Looking Condo

My family and I wanted to spend New Year's in Miami, and this condo was in a perfect location and the pictures were great. While the building is old and needs improvements, including a non-working elevator and uninviting hallways, these issues are out of the owner's control. The condo itself was as described in the photos and well-decorated. However, it was very dusty, with hair and confetti found in some areas. Although there were many nice pillows on the couch, we avoided using them due to the dust. The frames of the two Ikea queen beds were unstable, so we had to make some adjustments and place pans under the frames to prevent them from collapsing during the night. We also found three beach chairs, but two were broken, and the umbrella was missing. The owner, Arkadiy, lives in another state and relies on property management for the condo's amenities and cleaning. He was proactive in responding to our messages and addressed our concerns with a small refund. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider returning if Arkadiy confirmed that the issues mentioned have been resolved.
