Our charming apartment is placed in the historic Madrid de los Austrias, in the quartier La Latina, in a 1923 protected modernist building, where you will sense all the magic from the past, but in a recently renewed environment. The apartment is placed in the second floor and completely renovated. It has 1 bedroom, nicely decorated and quiet, with a double and comfortable bed and a sofa bed, great to use either if you are two separate people, or you are a couple with a kid. The sitting room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed that converts to two separate 90 cm wide beds, one double bed 180 cm wide, or even 1 individual bed and a sofa¡¡. It is also equipped with a 32" smart tv and has cable tv. The dining area sits 4, and it is also equipped with a wardrobe, so the ones sleeping in the sitting room can keep their clothes. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped and so is the bathroom (with shower). The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioned and individual heating, and you will also have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and first-aid kit. We provide you with sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo and a nice complimentary bottle of Spanish wine to welcome you.
Even though you will be staying in a very lively area, the apartment is quite, so you will be able to rest when you need it.You will have access to the whole apartment.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. We just expect that you take care of the apartment as if it was yours. Our apartment is legally registered as a touristic apartment in the Community of Madrid, which guarantees you will get the best standards for your staying.When you book, we will send you all required indications, including a map to get to the apartment, and tips related to restaurants and things to see and do around. We will also be very happy to help you with information related to your interests, and help you with the booking. We will be connected either by email and what sup and you can count on us 24 h in case you need it.You will be staying within walking distance to major attractions in the center of Madrid. In a pleasant 15 min walk you can arrive to La Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace; whithin the same distance you can get to la Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol, and further ahead reach Plaza de España and Gran Vía Street, a main commercial street full of cinemas, theaters and restaurants. Heading to Manzanares River, in 10 minutes’ walk you can get to Madrid Rio, the splendid pedestrian and cycle track that spreads along the river Manzanares, full of nice terraces and parks, at the end of Madrid Río you will find Matadero Cultural Centre, a special place full of cultural activities open to public. On Sunday morning, the Rastro street market is a must, and it will take you 5 min to get there¡
