âą The living room features a cozy, gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The dining area has seating for 6 and island seating for 4.
âą Screened-in porch with outdoor dining for 4 and open-air deck with gas fire table.
âą Spacious, fully-fenced yard overlooking impressive, long-range mountain views.
âą Lower-level game room with an arcade game, shuffleboard table, sectional seating, and 65" Smart TV.
âą Dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom with a desk, scanner, and printer.

âą Main floor bedroom with queen-size bed and 40" SmartTV. A full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can be accessed from the main floor hallway.
