Important Things to Note:
◆ The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, so we strictly monitor noise levels and the number of guests. If you’re planning a wild weekend, this may not be the best choice for your group.
◆ Enjoy the pool year-round. The pool can be heated for stays from October through April for a fee of $100 per day. Please provide at least 48 hours notice to ensure the pool is heated.

Other Things to Note:
◆ The garage and owner’s suite, located at the back of the property, are not accessible to guests. (These areas are not included in the listing photos).
◆ Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.
◆ While there is one light in the pool, it cannot be turned on.
