Detta hem har fyra berättelser. Bottenvåningen har ett garage med två bilar samt ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett badrum med badkar / duschkombo. Den andra våningen har ett stort designat färdigt vardagsrum tillsammans med ett stort sovrum inklusive två enkelsängar (4 enkelsängar i alla) utrustade med ett fåfänga och eget badrum. Great place for a birthday cele

This was a great location to share with friends wanting to spend a few days in Nashville. Short Uber to Broadway, short walk to the Gulch neighborhood, safe for those who wanted to walk or run in the morning. There were enough beds for 12 adults to sleep comfortably. We had a great time!

Close to everything

The home was close to everything. Really liked have a garage for the car. The house is excellent for a large group. All you need to bring is your sundries and coffee. The kitchen is well equipped the master bath is like a spa.

Great location for Nashville trip

Great location (short drive or Uber to downtown), plenty of space for guests, cool view of downtown from the rooftop patio, and private garage space for your car. Would stay again.

Great stay for a large group!

Lincoln was very accommodating for our group with check in and check out times, the house was spotless and close to everything we needed. Lincoln was also very responsive to any messages we sent and our group had a great stay. 100% recommend this property to anyone!

Nash Conference Perfect Spot

Wow!

My family visited over the Thanksgiving weekend. This home was perfect! The home was beautiful, clean, and provided plenty of space. The location was great, only a ten minute Uber ride to Broadway. The host was amazing! Lincoln was quick to respond to any questions and was beyond accommodating.

Great experience

The house was perfect for our group of 10. It was extremely clean with an awesome roof top patio overlooking downtown. The host had excellent communication getting back to me within minutes every time I had any questions. Overall it was a phenomenal experience and I would certainly recommend this property!

Amazing place!

Me and my friends absolutely loved this place! The property manager was beyond kind! He was always available for questions and concerns and very accommodating when me and my friends got there early for check in! There was some left over trash on the roof deck when we arrived and a problem with a door knob but that didn’t take away from the amazing spring break we had here!

Perfect stay

The 12 of us had a blast at Lincoln's property. It was clean, accurate to the photos, and in a great location. Lincoln was very helpful and communicative (thanks for the late checkout!). We walked, scootered, and Ubered to Broadway - all were great options. I highly recommend this property to any large group staying in Nashville.

Beautiful, Convenient Property with Excellent Management

Our group of 10 (4 adults; 6 children) had a wonderful stay in this property. The location is extremely convenient to downtown attractions. The property was very clean and can comfortably accommodate a larger party. The kitchen was well appointed, and the rooftop deck was a blast. There is a playground too immediately behind the property, which we utilized with our young children. Lincoln (property manager) was wonderful and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend!

Best group VRBO ever!

We came here for a combined bachelorette and bachelor weekend. We had 6 people come, and it was plenty of room. The townhouse was very clean and provided plenty of amenities (washer/dryer, Keurig, cowgirl party hats, etc). It was about a 30 minute walk to Broadway so we Ubered (reasonably priced). We grilled on the rooftop every night. It’s a gorgeous view of the city. There are three flights of stairs so I would not recommend this place if stairs are an issue. It was the perfect group vrbo space, and I would definitely like to stay here again in the future!

Pricey but worth it for the location

Our stay here was pretty good. The waterfall shower on the third floor has half of the holes where the water comes out clogged, and on the second floor, we couldn't have the fan on without the light on. It seemed like the remote didn't work either because we couldn't turn the speed down. Other than that it was a great stay!
