Very cosy and lovely
We are a tree generation family from Sweden (4 adults & one kid 12 yrs) that stayed in the house for one week. We really enjoyed the stay.
The situation of the house is perfect and the views from the house are awesome!! We felt very safe in the neighborhood, we talked to the closest neighbor the first day and played with his dog. His family owns the three closest houses. The house is situated at the end of the street with only one neighbor.
The size of the house was perfect for us 5, love having lot of space. I think it would be to much with 8 people in the house. There is 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the top floor there is a very large bedroom with a balcony and a stunning bath with both a bathtub and a huge shower. The bed is a nice Kingsize bed, there is also a bed sofa in the room. We stayed two adults and one child in this room, very good space. At the bottom floor there is 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All of them are quite small. In one of the bedrooms there is two beds and in the other two there is one queensize in each room. To be comfortable I would recommend only one person per bedroom in the queensize rooms (if you are not very much in love:-)). Two of the bathrooms at the ground floor is all new renovated, the third one is older.
The living room and kitchen are very nice situated with a amazing view over the Intercostal. The furniture's here are all new and very nice. The Kitchen is all new renovated and very nice looking and working well. I though think the oven and dishwasher is older.
The house is equipped with a lot of very nice and luxury towels. White new and fresh ones in the bathrooms and great looking thick blue/green towels for the pool. The linens in the beds are also very nice. There was also everything you needed in the kitchen with equipment, cleaners, spices etc.
When we arrived on the Sunday the pool was cold and freezing. Gino told us he fix it, and on the Monday the pool guy came and he made the pool very warm and nice. Thanks a lot for that!! We had awesome times in the warm pool. Unfortunately we had very much wind our week at the house, and the direction of the wind was straight over the bay and right to our backyard. So a warm pool is great with this conditions. The backyard around the pool is very big and nice, there is 6 sun chairs and a lot of toys for the pool that we enjoyed a lot. The TikiHut is very nice, but we think it needs some lights so you can use it during dark evenings also.
