Neely Henry Lake bungalow with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths

Walk outdoors and enjoy the views at this peaceful waterfront retreat on Neely Henry Lake in St. Clair County. We offer a blend of relaxation and outdoor adventure in a family-friendly environment. Situated on 3+ acres off of Greensport Road in Ashville with a large gently sloping water front lot. Our home is set up for your enjoyment - whether you are looking to fish, relax and enjoy the views, or play in the water the house is set up for you.

Two large decks are ideal spaces for enjoying meals, socializing, or taking in the views. They come equipped with outdoor dining, an outdoor sectional, two cantilevered umbrellas and there is an evaporative cooler that can be used on the deck to keep you comfortably cool or a gas fire table to keep you warm on cool fall nights.

The solo stove/fire pit is surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs.

The covered pier has three chaise lounges, a hammock, a swing bed and a picnic table with two large outdoor ceiling fans. If you are bringing your boat you can launch from St. Clair County’s Canoe Creek boat launch and store your pontoon on the boat lift.

The house has the following amenities:
-indoor and outdoor sectionals
-WiFi
-Kitchen set up for your use (including a Keurig)
-65 inch smart tv
-dining table and small bar with barstools.

Bedrooms:
-The master bedroom has a king sized bed with blankets and pillows.
-Bedroom two has a queen bed with blankets and pillows.
-Bedroom three has a full bed that also has blankets and pillows.
-A queen size air-mattress can be provided on request.
-All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The Solo Stove & Weber grill are perfect for BBQs and nightly s'more's.
15 ft Lilly pad (foam float) is available for your use.
3 Paddle boards, 3 kayaks and a double canoe are available for your use with the (requires the completion of a waiver of liability). Life jackets are also available for your use.

Enjoy water sports, fishing, & beautiful views in this waterfront setting. Located on Neely Henry Lake in North Alabama it’s a peaceful getaway with access to local attractions. Rainbow City is 10 minutes away, downtown Ashville is 10 minutes away, 15 minutes to downtown Gadsden, 15 minutes to Attalla, Pell City is 35 minutes away, Lincoln and Talladega is ~35 mins away, Trussville is ~45 minutes away, Birmingham is ~1 hr away, Cullman is about an hour and 10 minutes away. Rock climbing at Horse Pens 40 is about 30 mins away, Noccalula Falls is about 30 minutes away, and Cherokee Rock Village in Leesburg is 45 minutes away. Within an hour of Mt. Cheeha State Park and Little River Canyon State Park. 15 minutes to National Cement in Ragland.

This was GREAT! Perfectly peaceful. Clean, convenient and had everything we needed and more. I cannot say enough great things about the property and the owner/manager. We will DEFINITELY be back. Didn't use lake-front amenities, but will book next time to do so.

I simply can’t say enough good things about this property! This was the most relaxing vacation that my family has ever taken. The home is well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had the best time just sitting outside and looking at the water. We also really enjoyed the variety of family games provided. The host was super helpful and very quick to respond. We absolutely will be back!

Very nice place!

House was very clean and had all essentials for pur stay! House is roomy and has comfortable furnishings! Dock is also very nice! The outdoor furniture is nice and well kept. Hope to stay again next year!!

Wonderful lake house

I can not say enough great things about our stay! The house was very clean, well kept, and has lots of amenities. The house sets in a quiet area with beautiful sceneries. The host went over and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and replied quickly to any of our questions. We would definitely book again and this trip was on of our favorites.

Perfect Peace

We were looking for an escape from our super peopley life and this was eleventy billion percent IT!We spent our mornings watching sunrise from the boathouse, canoeing, and sitting on the back deck under the tender loving care of the swamp cooler Evenings enjoying sunset and baking s'mores before crawling into the bed that felt like pure heaven. Brooke was everything we hoped for in a host, the house was clean and quiet, and the water equipment was tons of fun - we'll certainly be back

Beautiful lake & home

My family and I really enjoyed the peaceful lake surroundings and the neighborhood was so quiet. I loved the bed swing and the fire pit. My husband enjoyed fishing and that the local gas station had bait. The owner Brooke was so nice and accomadating. She allowed us to use her parent’s basement next door during the severe weather. Would definitely stay again!

Great cozy lake house

This place was perfect for our family for a long weekend in Alabama. This lake house has it all
 beautiful views of the lake, cozy deck, dock, fire pit, and outdoor furniture. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors more. The home itself is a cozy lake house. 3 bed/2 bath. Nicely redone interior. Cozy furniture. All appliances and a well-stocked kitchen. A few minor rental repair and maintenance issues, but the space and comfort more than made up for it. Service from the host was excellent, which is why we bumped this from 4-stars to 5-star.

Lake house stay

This property was better than advertised, and the owner is very accommodating and attentive to her guests needs. It was very clean, and well stocked. It has a nice deck on the front, and also a large deck on the back with a gas fire table, surrounded by comfortable outdoor couch. This property has a lot of land and is right on the water with a beautiful dock that has a swing. If you need a relaxing getaway, this is your place.It is also furnished with a number of water toys, corn hole, and other things to keep the kids entertained . At night you can see an amazing display of stars, and the tranquil setting is quite peaceful. It has a very nice kitchen, and family area, and the bathrooms were quite nice. It is also pet friendly, and our lab loved it. If we get a chance for another family get together, we will certainly be back.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I grew up coming to this lake. My parents have a place down the road and it lets me spend more time with them. It doesn’t hurt that the home has a large flat lake front lot in a beautiful private setting. I love watching the stars at night from the back deck.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The scenery and the ease of use. Parking is extensive, you can park on the driveway or just off the driveway. The water views are so pretty and it is in a low traffic area.
