This condo is within walking distance of the North Chair Lift at Blue Mountain Ski Resort, and includes access to the North Creek pool, hot tub, tennis court, and outdoor grills. Take advantage of being just minutes away from outdoor adventure via the free Blue Mountain shuttle.



*Please note: The condo corporation will be doing some minor work on the building of this unit from October 13-17. The work will be on the lower level of the building, but upper units such as this property may hear some noise from the project (8am-5pm).



The Space

Upon entering our home, you’ll be greeted by the main living area with brand new furnishings facing the Smart TV and electric fireplace. Relax and take in the natural light as you enjoy some post-adventure relaxation. The space opens up to the private balcony plus seating for warmer days.



Kitchen

The kitchen includes upgraded appliances including a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. It is also stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are available for your morning brews, just bring your favourite roast!



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The first bedroom is on the main floor. The second bedroom is a loft-style room on the second floor with a half wall, ensuite, and balcony access. The living room couch can also pull out to a double sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Both full bathrooms in this home include a shower-in-tub.

This North Creek unit is considered a ski in/ski out at the North Base of Blue Mountain and only a 5 minute walk to the chairlift.



North Creek Pool / Hot Tub Update - Fall 2025

The North Creek Resort pool and hot tub facility is open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, daily.

The hot tub is open year-round and the pool is open seasonally. As of September 17/25, the pool remains open until the weather cools off. We expect the pool to close by Thanksgiving but an exact date has not been announced at this time.



North Creek Amenities

This unit includes access to the North Creek Resort shared pool (seasonal), hot tub, BBQs, and tennis courts. Coin-operated laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located in the main building #2.



Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
