The house was very clean, love the pet area in the back yard, it was spot on for us. The only thing I did not like was the walk to the beach, it was too far, for my elderly mother.

Beach walks

Classic IOP beach house, great access to the beach, great yard and plenty of indoor space. Kitchen was well stocked .

Only disappointment was our inability to access the backyard directly from the house for our pets —— ie no back door.

Just right!

This property was perfect for our family and our budget. Hard to find something this close to the beach for this price. Place looked nicer in person and was very clean.

Feels like home

Feels like a house/home. Outside needs some updating but being that close to the beach more than made up for it. I do wish they would spray for ants 🐜 in the yard but for the most, it was one of our better vacations

Great location but expensive for a dated house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine. Dated but great location.For a “pet friendly” cottage, you can’t access the fenced backyard without going outside and around the side of the house. No backdoor is odd. It made it difficult to enjoy that feature. Also, the “outdoor shower” is in the middle of the overgrown and dirty sandy backyard with no walkway to stay clean back into the house. The full-sized (or very small queen”) bed was uncomfortable and loud. We tossed and turned all night and kept everyone awake with the loud bed. The young kids said the futon was “fine,” so at least that was a plus.

Perfectly non-spectacular vacation house

The house is great provided one doesn't have luxury expectations my family of five (kids aged 6, 4 and 1) fit snugly into a house that was perfectly functional and with easy beach access away from busy palm boulevard There were many ants in the driveway but it was not a big deal The outdoor shower is in the backyard and it would help if there were direct access to the house without walking over sand/dirt

We didn’t need big space but we needed a fenced in yard and having a second bedroom allowed us to have our grandchildren stop by and stay over one night. It remained pleasantly cool and everything worked perfectly - except for the vacuum cleaner which needs a new filter. Nostalgia with this 4 week stay (except was delayed 5 days by hurricane Debby). Yard could use some work, but good to have fence in back yard for dog walking. Lots of small ants in front yard. Thanks for this time on IOP.
