~ Pets are allowed (Max 2 under 30 lbs) with prior approval and non-refundable pet/cleaning deposit paid (with the exception of registered service animals with prior approval and valid Mexican registration).Guests are responsible for their pets behavior.

~ Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.

~ Please note: The listed price includes a mandatory cleaning fee. 1. Smoking inside is not allowed.
2. Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00pm to 9:00am.
3. Parties or events are not allowed.
4. Children under 18 must be supervised by adult over 21 while in the community, at or in pool. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
5. No Glass or sound systems in Pool Area. Respect the other guests use of the facilities.
6. Please report damages immediately.
7. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.
8 Tampering or removal of security devices will result in cancellation and removal without refund.
9. PETS: Guests are responsible for their pets and must not leave them unattended, must pick up after their pet and must have pet on a leash at all times when outside. Failure to do so may result in additional pet fees, fine and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund and removal from the property.(Service Animals with valid registration identification issued by the Mexican Government, pet cleaning fee paid AND with advance approval from host are the only exceptions).
10. Guests are encouraged to book Independent Travel Insurance as cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
