This was a fantastic place. Great location. Close to East entrance of Zion. The hosts we’re very responsive and accommodating. When we wanted to come a day early, and there was availability A change was made.Basement was an amazing space. We enjoyed air hockey. And the hot tub is a notch above the rest.

This was an amazing property. Very spacious, clean, modern, lots of amenities, large kitchen and dining table for communal eating, and in a great location just 15 mins from the east entrance to Zion. The hosts were very attentive and there are great resources in the home for hikes and off road trails. Great for large groups/families who want to stay together while exploring Zion and the surrounding area!

We had a great day. The house was fabulous and so well stocked. All the kitchen supplies were high-end and very nice. The house was immaculate and beautiful with a great view. It was super close to everything we wanted to do. The owners were extremely responsive to the few little questions that we had and made everything super easy.

This was hands down the best VRBO we've ever stayed at. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The views were amazing and we felt so at home. We plan to stay here again in the future. Cannot recommend enough!

We loved every minute of our stay! From the extremely well stocked kitchen, the beautiful bedrooms, the cleanliness of the house, the large game room and the hot tub after a long day of hiking, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The hosts were amazing. They provided everything we needed and had excellent communication. We would love to come back - if you are visiting Zion this is the place to stay!

Everything was just as we had hoped in this house on our Zion-Bryce vacation with friends. The house is spacious, beds super comfortable, lots of space to be together and to spread out. We had amazing weather until our last day of our week stay. Lots to do in the house as well as exploring the area: games on the lower floor as well as a full master and suite with a living area so some could watch tv downstairs while others read upstairs. Kitchen was full of all sorts of appliances and tableware-more than you would ever need- but most of all we loved the outdoor space for meals and relaxing. We did not take advantage of a hot tub but it is there if so inclined. The view from the house is lovely and other than occasional chatter from the neighbor, all was quiet. There is no really close restaurant so we cooked our dinners at home, which was perfect for us. There are lovely local towns to explore like Kanab and Springdale at the entrance to Zion but it a bit of a journey so we chose to eat our lunches out when we were in or near the parks. There is a great gallery in Kanab called Raven's Heart that you might eat to explore. Other than that, you are in a peaceful setting, with jack rabbit and deer visitors in the morning and evenings. You have easy access to both Bryce and Zion. Lots of info in the house about where to go and what to do. Highly recommend for multiple couples and families.

Great trip!

Our hosts could not have been better! The house wasn’t just clean, it was immaculate! Perfect location as base from which to visit nearby national parks. Highly recommended.

Awesome property!

If you're going to Zion this place is perfect! It's outside the park by maybe 15 minutes which is on the less crowded side. House is awesome and provides many ways of entertainment in between your adventures. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Zion

House is amazing.Spotlessly clean with all of the amenities of home. The appliances all looked brand new. Communication was excellent. Replied right away and provided so much helpful information on the house, area and hikes before our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

3 day stay

We had a fantastic stay here while visiting Zion. The house was very large and clean and had all appliances and dishware needed to cook and make food. Highly recommend for larger groups bringing in groceries and making home cooked food.

Absolute 10/10 rental!! Could not be more pleased with this house. Everything was top notch from the host communication to the design, the amenities, and the stocked kitchen! Really easy drive into Zion National Park and the hot tub and outdoor fireplace to come home to every night was so lovely. Would 100% stay here again!
