It has three king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, a private den with pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, two covered patios, and a great room with a fireplace and large windows open to nature -- perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring!
Visit our other nearby parks with just a short drive to Bryce Canyon, North Rim Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and more. Come experience Zion like a local! Zion Trip

We stayed at this property for 3 nights while visiting Zion. The home was lovely - clean, bright, and plenty spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need, and was perfectly organized. The drive to the East entrance of Zion was easy, and there were a few restaurants in driving distance for dinners. The property manager was very communicative in advance, and gave plenty of recommendations for the area (groceries, restaurants, other outings). We would definitely stay here again.

High on Zion

This property was just what we hoped for. We and 4 adult children enjoyed two nights in this new and spotless home located a short drive from the east entrance to the park. Logan and Kraig were gracious hosts and were extremely responsive to our needs. We had a problem with the grill and a quick phone call to Kraig fixed the problem. This was our first trip to Zion and everything was great - weather, company and accommodations.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! Lovely gated neighborhood. Spacious and clean with ample space and everything you need for making meals. Comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. About 15 minutes from the East Zion park entrance, and what a breathtaking drive into the park! We didn’t mind taking some extra time to reach the Springdale entrance to catch the shuttles at all! Also a very manageable drive to Bryce. The owners were wonderful and provided excellent communication as well as information and tips for the surrounding activities. We would love to return!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful! Everything is well stocked & they certainly thought about what people staying would need. I liked being able to do a load of laundry & actually have laundry detergent! Being so close to the resort with a little store to buy some items & grab dinner at the restaurant was awesome! Great house, owners & area. Thank you very much!

Highly recommended

We stayed in this house during our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon and really enjoyed our stay! The property is newly renovated, nicely decorated and very well stocked! Check-in and communication with the hosts went smoothly! If we ever come back to Zion, I would definitely book this property again!

This property is perfect for a trip to utah. Close to zion and about an hour from bryce. There are a few hikes from the home close by.we highly recommend observation point hike(although it is an 8 mile hike) the property was clean and well stocked.Beautiful setting ,many deer came to visit

Everything and more!

Everything about this property was just as listed and then some. So clean, quiet, roomy, and comfortable with privacy! The kitchen was not only stocked with everything you could need, it was all high quality cookware, cutlery, glassware, etc. If ever in the area again, we would choose this house in a minute. Thank you for a great place to come back to after hiking beautiful Zion National Park!

Amazing House

We LOVED our stay. House was clean, had everything we needed. Great location between Zion and Bryce Canyon. We spent 2 days in Zion and 1 at Bryce (must see). No problems at all. We bought groceries in Hurricane, cooked each night and packed sandwiches for our hikes. House provided a cooler which came in handy for a cold drink. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!!

Amazing stay

We loved the location of this house - great neighborhood and short drive to the less crowded east entrance to Zion NP. The house is brand new, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. The property managers are top-notch - proactive and responsive. We loved the quiet, safe neighborhood - so peaceful and away from the noise of every day life. We could see the Milky Way in the night sky! We’d love to come back.

Ideal location and set up

Terrific house in a great location. Quiet, comfortable and full of all the amenities. So easy to have a group here of people who wanted to gather and cook and explore everything around the area. Beds were particularly comfy! Easy access to the parks and all in all a perfect set up!

Excellent location for Zion and Bryce National Parks

Our family absolutely loved the home. It was the perfect layout for 6 adults and a 1(+) year old. The scenic drive from the property to Zion's main entrance every morning was absolutely breathtaking not to mention all the trails seen along the way. The beautiful East Mesa Trail to Observation Point (2,100 ft above Zion Canyon floor) is only a 10/15 min drive from the home. All communication between our family and the owners prior to and during our stay was flawless. All questions were answered quickly and my son ask for an item for the baby. During the 5 night stay we spent 3 full days in Zion and 1 day at Bryce (a must) since it was only 90 miles away. I plan to stay here again!

Incredible luxury home in the woods!

When planning our Utah National Park adventure, we selected this home due to the proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The location is perfect. The pictures on the site are spot on. The kitchen is incredible and although we only cooked quick breakfasts, it was truly set up with all you need, including a very wide variety of spices and a pancake griddle! Our favorite part of the house was having three separate king bed en-suites. Our party of 3 found it ideal to have separate spaces to relax. The bathrooms are very luxury. Kraig and Logan have thought of everything. The property is truly beautiful and serene. We had a friendly deer stroll by the living room window on several occasions. My only negatives for our stay were having absolutely no cell service in the house and the distance from good restaurants. Neither of these are a reflection on the house or the owners! The WiFi worked perfectly, so we stayed connected. As for the distance, I’ve traveled to Utah before and absolutely know that a lot of driving is part of the adventure. Just adding here for awareness. Favorite restaurants: Rocking V Cafe and Wild Thyme Cafe, both in Kanab. Favorite excursions: Bryce Canyon Navajo/Queens Garden Loop trail and ROAM Peekaboo slot canyon/ Grand Chamber UTV tour. Both provided the most awe-inspiring views! Thank you Kraig and Logan for providing a wonderful home for our family to enjoy the area!

Zion getaway

This place is all anyone could want. In was clean an in a very good neighborhood with easy access to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Very nice on the inside with all modern conveniences ( Beautiful decor) Also has a great place to eat at Zion Ponderosa along with activities. Watched deer from the family room pass by every day very quiet and peaceful. Very friendly folks. I can’t say enough about this place except we’ll be back. Thank you very much to our hosts for a great stay!!

Awesome house in an awesome location

We rented the house for a family spring break trip. With five adults and two kids, the three bedrooms and bathrooms let everyone have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals with a large fridge and pantry space for food for the week. You will want to stock up on your groceries before you drive to east Zion (we shopped Costco and Albertson’s in St. George). Communication with Kraig & Logan was great from initial booking all the way through our week in the house. The resort has a fun putting course and other activities. This house was a perfect base of operations for day trips into Zion NP (go early to get parking and shorter lines for the shuttle) and one day trip to Bryce Canyon. A beautiful place to stay in a beautiful part of the world.
