This Beautiful Beach home is ideally located steps from the attractions, restaurants, and the Ocean in Salisbury Beach center, This newly built home is couple and family friendly with off street parking for at least 3 vehicles. You will have the "entire back house" of privacy with 3 stories to yourself, with a 1st and 2nd floor Farmer's porch. A spacious 2400 sq. ft.. It sleeps 10. This home has everything you need for a Great vacation or get away. Now that it's off season, sit and enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplaces on the 2nd and third stories, or catch a show at the Blue Ocean Music hall or other venues nearby. Light snacks, drinks, and toiletries are provided. I custom built this home myself and take great pride in providing a memorable stay.

We had the best time celebrating a birthday and Labor Day weekend with friends here. The best location, Beachy, luxurious, clean and the friendliest hosts who thought of every detail during our stay. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful home with three levels of well appointed living space! There is plenty of sleeping area & living space. We could not have asked for anything more. It was VERY CLEAN & well maintained. Communication with the hosts was also amazing-especially since this was my 1st VRBO/AB&B. Rob & Amy were super accommodating. I would definitely lately stay here again.

End of summer family days

Family gathering

We needed a house to fit family who traveled for a family wedding. The house was clean and spacious. We were able to cook dinner for the group of us easily. We made good use of the 3 minute walk to the beach.

First time trip to New England

The vacation home was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, and had everything you’d need in a vacation home. We traveled from Pittsburgh so we could take in the sights and history of New England. We toured Fenway park, feneiul hall, cheers, Boston harbor, site of the Boston tea party, Salem, Plymouth Rock and kittery Maine. This place was basically an hour or less to most of the places we visited. Would definitely stay there again, it’s walking distance to the main area of Salisbury beach.

Matthew and his guests weren't only the best guests I've had over the years. They stayed for a week and left our STR spotless and used little to none of the many amenitees we supply. I highly recommend Matthew and his guests to all host. You will not be disappointed. 5 🌟

Amazing birthday celebration

The home is amazing, beautiful and spacious. The host is super flexible and accommodating. We had a bday celebration for my husband on the same day we were to check in, and he allowed us to check in early to be able to setup. All in all a great weekend!

Raquel and her guest were excellent! I'd highly recommend them. They took very good care of our place and were very kind. There was one little mix up were one of her guest parked in the other houses parking spot, so they had to pay for parking. I would definitely host this group of people again. Thank you!

The property is pristine, very clean and upgraded. We were not in need of anything. The walk to the beach was about 2 blocks. Food, ice cream and games were in walking distance. Parking for 5 small cars although several bushes made it difficult to get in/out of vehicles in 2 of the spaces.

This is a beautifully appointed beach house with many thoughtful additions that make you feel welcome and at home. Not only did the owners provide linens, but also beach towels, chairs and sand toys as well as paper goods, spices and some basic groceries to get you started. The house was very clean, which was somewhat amazing for a beach house! It was a very short and easy walk to a surprisingly uncrowded beach with clean beautiful water! We took a trip into Boston one day and a quick explore of Ogunquit Maine and the most photographed lighthouse on another day. We made many wonderful memories with our grandchildren. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We are very grateful and blessed.

This was a lovely, large, immaculate home, only a one or two minute walk away from the beach and boardwalk. Inside was thoughtfully stocked with necessities (and treats!). The house was quiet, clean and well cared for, furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing time. The expansive parking lot for the beach was directly beside the home, but you could not hear it from inside. The beach and boardwalk area had small shops, ice cream, arcade, walk-up and sit-down restaurants; if you wanted a little vacation where you parked and did not leave, you would have everything you needed within walking distance. If you wanted to explore further out as we did, we found it a perfect distance for day trips to Portsmouth, Salem, and Boston. The host was communicative and responsive starting when we booked the house! Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd stay again if we're ever in the area.

My wife and I have been enjoying Sslisbury beach ⛱️ since we where kids. I chose this location to build because it's a short walk to the entertainment, restaraunts and most importantly "The Beach". 😀
