Denna havsfront Sea Isle condo har otaliga bekvämligheter - cool, modern inredning, vattenleksaker, yoga mattor, barnvagn, privat balkong, havet utanför din dörr, uppvärmd pool i slutet av hallen, dedikerad parkering. Önbrisen viskar ditt namn.

Promenera på stranden och kamma för skal. Koppla av under ett spel med hästskor eller shuffleboard. Njut av soluppgången från din privata balkong eller kalejdoskopsolnedgång på Sunset Park runt hörnet. Du kan se ett par delfiner som smälter längs ett av våra korallrev i världsklass. Massor av dykning, snorkling och fiske i området också. Hisnande!

Plats, plats, plats! I ett ord, prime! Närliggande Marathon erbjuder full kommersiell service. Om du föredrar att utforska ytterligare, är Key West bara 45 minuter en riktning och Key Largo den andra. Det finns många djuphavsfiske charter båtar att hyra. Om du tar med dig din färskt fångst till de flesta restauranger, kommer de att förbereda och servera den till dig! Eller du kan grilla din fångst själv på grillen under vår tiki hut.

Great location

The property is a great location. Loved the neighborhood feel of Key Colony Beach. The condo was clean and the staff were wonderful. Outside is beautifully landscaped and the beach is very nice. Inside, things are a bit dated. Tough to find normal TV channels. This is an "old school" condo complex with shared laundry in an outbuilding.

Great location - great beach!

We ended up visiting/doing more in Islamorada and this location was 38 mins away. However, only 1 hour 15 mins to Key West. We would not stay here next time due to the long drive for our activities. But excellent beach. Most places do not have a walk-in sandy beach. Usually locations have rocks.

Great stay and great location.

Great condo right on the beach. People are friendly and helpful. Only complaints I would have, and would even be willing to do it for them if I can get back down there. The kitchen is small and the over the range microwave don’t work. They placed a microwave on the countertop. Easy fix and fairly cheap. Ceiling fans need updating and I had to bring my 14 yo into the master bedroom to show him the tv and vcr, which didn’t work, but it was older then him. The sliding door track had to be cleaned otherwise it took 2 people to open. You’re right on the ocean, this happens. And the screen door on the slider fell and hit me in the head. It was ok, I had a few beers and me and the view was great. Simple very simple upgrades will make this place amazing. And I will volunteer my services for a deal on an upcoming visit lol. Ya have my number feel free to call me. If your hesitant to book this location dont. This places is great and you can easily look past the stuff I mentioned, just saying it would be an amazing location instead of just great with some work.

Awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and the pool was awesome. The condo could really use some updating. The bed in the master is old and we didn't sleep very well on the mattress. The couch was also pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen could use a little work also. But we absolutely loved the location and Sea Isle. The Farmers Market every Tuesday was great.

Amazing stay with amazing views

Amazing stay. Rooms were perfect and although not everything was 100% right outta the box brand new, it was just as we expected and more. We could not tell the facility was in a hurricane a few years ago. Staff was courteous and talkative. Grills and lounge chairs were immaculate. We loved having the little extras, like dishes, salt and pepper and cooking pots, pans and utensils. We did buy a basting brush and paprika, which we gladly left behind to pay it forward for the owners and next guests. Made greasy lobster on the grill. Key colony beach was a perfect little community, mind the 25 mph speed limit tho. You’ll find a “thank you” under the speed sign when you do. Great touch. This was a great spot to explore the keys more. We chartered a lobster trip with sea squared charters, a perfect 4 hr trip. Visited the sea turtle hospital, and used our newly learned skills the next day when a sea turtle washed up on the beach. He had been dead for a week from what the sea turtle hospital workers said. Pool was amazing as well with brand new lounge chairs. If there were any negatives..... the only one was the sea grass that washed up daily on the beach. It was raked daily, however the smell from the condo next door, which was not raked at all, was slightly unpleasant when the breeze hit it just right. BUT that being said, the whole west side of the keys had sea weed on it. Seems to be just this time of the year -July- is really a factor. Iguanas really REALLY love watermelon ;) It was fun to see them Cruz the grounds. The best part of our stay was the general happiness and laid back nature of everyone we ran into. We loved staying here and we were sad to have to leave. We can not thank the owners for renting their unit out. It was one of the best vacations I’ve ever been on. 4th Stay Here!

My girlfriends and I have stayed at Sea Isle condos for 8 years. The last 4 times have been in this unit. We love this unit which is ocean front. New flooring has been installed post Irma. The staff are great including the yard workers and maintenance staff. KCB is a safe place to walk day or night. Don’t miss the sunset activity at Sunset Park which is a couple minute walk down the street.

Great local,quiet, private but close to lots of good food & fun activities. Snorkel, kayak, sunsets.

Had a great time. Float in the ocean, lay in the sun, kayak & snorkel, road trip to Key West (don't miss the tiny deer ). Lots of choices, tried several Tiki bars for sunset, sampled toooo many Key Lime Pies.

view is beautiful

condo was a good size . there was a small leak from the fridge . there were to many remotes for the TV's. very difficult to operate. all in all it was a great place to stay and would rent it again

Excellent ocean location but dated condo

We love Ocean Isle complex for sure & have come to this location a few times. This is the first time we stayed in this particular condo. The condo was clean but in need of some serious updates. The TV's were very old, internet slow, bathrooms circa 1970's. Showers small & big rust stains on the floor of the master bath. I guess the bathrooms are getting updated in September. The couch & chair were older & not comfortable. The 2 new chairs were not comfortable to sit & relax. Cheap plastic furniture on the ocean front patio. The kitchen appliances were new. The silverware drawer was always stuck & you had to yank on it to get it opened. Basically, if you love the ocean & are out & about a lot this condo is for you. The pool & ocean are awesome. Comfortable loungers by both. Great restaurants around & key west is only a hour away. We'll definitely stay again at the complex but would probably look for another condo unless it's updated a bit more.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved the condo! The location is just wonderful and the view is outstanding. We appreciated the pool noodles left for guests and all the beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked, but would suggest a Keurig Coffee maker so guests can purchase their own coffee pods. The only negative is we were unable to connect to wifi in the bedrooms. (This was only a issue at night for my teenager trying to post her daily pics to friends) We would definitely return in ever in Marathon.

summer vacation getaway

This condo is a gem at Sea Isle. It's one of two ground level units that is ocean front. The view is amazing! The condo is furnished nicely and the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. It was located in a perfect spot as we ventured toward the lower keys for various activities for some of our stay. There is a lot to do in Marathon as well. We will definitely return for another stay.

Sea Isle

Wow! What a great condo. Super clean, spacious & literally just steps from a private beach. The pool was crisp & pristine. The entire condo property was so well kept & pretty. Nice lication close to everything you need. We will be returning next year as well as recommending to friends & family! Thank you Sea Isle!

Paradise

The ocean front view is spectacular from this unit. The water is very close and somewhat calm. The surrounding area is gorgeous! There are ample bike and walking paths. The area is very safe - I did not hesitate to walk at night. You are about 1 1/2 hours from Key West. We spent one day there and I would much rather stay here. The association provided plenty of nice tube chairs and tables for guest's enjoyment. The Tiki Hut provided shade and there were two grills for everyone's use. The pool is nice and heated. As for the unit, it is in need of updating. The kitchen was very well stocked - even condiments were provided. There is a linen closet full of towels, including beach towels. There were 4 of us and we did not feel cramped. The beds were comfortable- but could use some new mattresses. The manager told us that it was going to be gutted and remodeled. Even without the remodeling, I would stay there again. The young man at the front desk was a gem. We had an emergency and he helped us get flight and shuttle information. They DO aim to please!!

Perfect spot

The rental unit was clean, convenient, roomy and more than one could hope for! We had a gallery of iguanas lined up along the beach to keep us company each day we sat by the beach. I would recommend and will book again if we vacation here again!

Stunning views, easiest access to beach-would stay again!

I was a little nervous at first since we usually stay on a high floor wherever we vacation. But I must say, as soon as you enter the second building and see that view, holy cow! Walked into the units living room and again, see the view and it's just amazing, then walk into the master bedroom and again, gorgeous view! Even from the master bathroom window you can see the iguanas on the bush and the ocean in the background! Key Colony is a great place to stay, it's right in the middle of everything. We dined at Sparky's right down the road for 4 of our 7 nights, it was so good! Leigh Annes Coffee house is very good but very pricey. Definately go out on a boat to fish and snorkel. Sombrero beach is very close and very nice. Bahia Honda is nice. Make sure you lay on a lounge chair and stare at the beautiful stars each night. As far as the unit itself - the living room is very comfy, the kitchen is new and clean, dining area is large. The king size bed in the master bedroom is awesome! Thank goodness for the ceiling fan in there, however, it does make quite a ruckus at night while on. Maybe it needs the lightbulbs in it to run correctly. The bathrooms are in need of an update. I'm not a picky person by any means but I don't really like to see a rusty floor. I would definately rent this unit again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Lovely Condo (even on a rainy day)

We had a great time at the condo, despite three days of heavy rain. The books were nice to read, plus if we had to be in due to rain, at least we had the best ocean view possible being right on the water. My favorite part of the condo was how close it was to Sunset Park...walking there for nightly sunsets with the kids was great - and I used the stroller in the condo to get the 2 year old toddler over to the park easily, My oldest son is 5 and he loved hunting down lizards, iguanas, hermit and stone crabs and anything else living he found roaming on the property. Great place to stay - very relaxing, and we would definitely stay again! By the way, a little sting ray lives in the water outside the condo, and a snorkeler recently saw a big shark too! Not to scare you away, since I let my baby in the water no problem, but do bring your snorkel gear!
