Pets: Not allowed (Sian Ka’an regulations)

Parties: Allowed (event fee applies, max 50 guests)

Quiet Hours: Strictly after 10:00 PM (No loud music)

Day Passes Available: $75 per person per day

Special Sian Ka’an Reserve Rules
No external ATVs

No water sports equipment (kiteboards, etc.)

No fishing (to protect marine life)

Damage Policy
Guests must report any damage upon check-in. Failure to do so may result in charges.

A damage deposit of $2,000 is refundable upon check-out, provided no damages occur.

Additional Notes
Due to natural ocean currents, seaweed may be present on the beach.

The property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
