Sannerligen, Buffalo roam på denna privata 65 tunnland liten bit av himlen undanstoppad i bergen. Oavsett om du tittar på soluppgången över bergstopparna medan de rökiga bergen rensar upp för en vacker dag eller ställer dina sevärdheter på vår buffelbesättning som kommer till deras morgon havre.

Buffalo Bungalow är ett perfekt val för en romantisk stuga. Fullt utrustat kök, king size-bäddsoffa, bastu och massagebord! Badrummet är en av ett slag med en dusch byggd för 2 w / en terapeutisk stensten och uppvärmd kakelgolv i fåfänga området!

Du kommer inte bli besviken när du njuter av en varm kopp kaffe eller kakao på vår stora akterdäcket av en vacker timmerstuga!

Om du letar efter en lugn "komma bort från allt" reträtt med din älskade, är det! Njut av långa vandringar på fastigheten, fiske inom gångavstånd från timmerstuga eller ta en tur in till stan för att handla eller antiquing.

Amazing Week!!!!

We had the best week celebrating our anniversary! We used every amenity at the cabin (fire pit, hot tub, massage table, games, etc), hiked on the property with our dogs, saw the bison feeding and learned all about them, and saw lots of other animals. Cheryl and Jeff were awesome and super helpful! We would love to visit again!!!

Awesome getaway

The cabin was clean, secluded and had everything you could ask for. It's definitely a memorable place. Feeding the goats were a huge bonus that made our stay even more special.

The Perfect Getaway

What can I say but other then simply perfect. This little bungalow has it all from hot tub on the porch to billiards and even a sauna. If you want a cozy yet almost secret getaway with your loved one, this I can recommend is the place to stay.

Honeymoon Trip

My husband and I recently got married. We stayed in the buffalo bungalow for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic time! There's plenty there today but the cabin itself is so good, we rarely even left. I highly recommend visiting. We hope to stay again one day.

The goats!

The goats and miniature horses came to visit below our back porch most evenings, and feeding them was so much fun! The view was incredible, and it was peaceful and restful. Just a wonderful vacation.

Great weekend in the mountains of NC

Mountain wedding weekend

My wife and I kicked off our honeymoon here after getting married in Waynesville. The bungalow was perfect!! Everything was just as advertised. Communication was flawless with Cheryl, Dennis, and everyone at Buffalo Creek Vacations going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return!

AWESOME CABIN!!!!

My boyfriend and I ( ages 25 & 26 ) stayed for 5 days and it was awesome! Such a beautiful cabin and so much to do. We had a blast in Maggie valley , at the gem mine and wheels through time museum. We are already talking about renting again next year!! Defiantly recommend getting this cabin its very romantic and cozy

50th wedding anniversary celebration

On a Monday to Friday stay, rain and the threat thereof forced (allowed) us to stay in the cabin from mid-afternoon on Tuesday until we departed on Friday morning. We were fully prepared for that if necessary, and we had a wonderful time. The cabin also had everything else we needed. There is plenty to do nearby if weather permits and you prefer.

Birthday Getaway

The cabin is accurately pictured and was clean and cozy. We had a problem with the remote needing batteries but we were pleasantly surprised that they came out that night to replace them, so 5 star service! The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect score is that we felt the road leading to the cabin was downplayed when we inquired about it. The potholes in the gravel road were bumpy on the way in and the concrete section was very steep and narrow. There was an unexpected snow that covered the road when we left and coming down the hill was quite scary. The resident calico was very sweet and a pleasure to have around.

Perfect Wedding retreat!

We eloped and wanted somewhere romantic, beautiful, and secluded. This was it! Loved the cabin, the animals, and the space. Only thing I could comment on would be the bed. It was very hard and I prefer a softer mattress. But that is just me being picky!

Amazing

Everything about this cabin is perfect. Its even better than the pictures show. Its got plenty of space but still cozy at the same time. So much better than all of the other cabins i came across while searching online. My wife and I will definitely be back! If your looking for a place to eat, go to sunny point in asheville. There will be a wait but it is more than worth it! Best breakfast I have ever had!

Cozy cabin in the treetops.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back. The cabin is not only cozy and romantic but also very much updated, which was a plus for us. The hot tub was lovely and the view so relaxing. We were delighted with the location and remoteness of the cabin along with the animals in the surrounding area. We especially loved the porch Kitty-wanted to bring her home —she was so sweet. We had fun feeding her and having her as our little buddy during our stay. The owner is very sweet and very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful cabin in the Mountains!

The cabin was very well maintained and clean, and thoughtfully supplied with towels, kitchen ware, and enough firewood for (at least) two fires. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The owner's suggestion for 4-wheel-drive in the winter was, we found, well advised even though we didn't experience true "winter weather." Gravel roads or drives tend to heave and get pot holes in winter faster than they can be filled so the extra clearance combined with better traction is good (plus it helped us avoid spinning out and making things worse!) The view was great!

Best Place We've Ever Stayed....Hands Down!

We loved our stay at buffalo bungalow. It was even more than we expected. If you're looking for a quiet getaway with all of the amenities, This is it! We enjoyed the hot tub & game room as well as the sauna & massage table. The property is absolutely stunning with the most amazing view. The Bisen, llamas, ponys & bunnies were an added bonus. I even had to facetime my grandbaby to show her, she was amazed! The porch kitty at the cabin was another added bonus & we had to spoil her with new toys before we left. Our host Cheryl was very informative & was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back again! I can't wait!

Totally relaxing!

Buffalo Bungalow was an incredibly relaxing getaway, due in large part to its location tucked into the trees of Buffalo Creek Vacations, but also due to the attention to detail in the cabin itself. The location is remote (also lending to the relaxed feel), but a 25 minute drive to charming Waynesville and 40 minutes to Asheville provides great restaurants, etc. The finishes in the cabin are all top notch, and with so many amenities--our favorite of which was the hot tub--we could easily stay in and completely unwind. We felt welcome, comfortable, and well cared for, with plenty of privacy. Between a neighboring farm's Scottish Highland cattle that grazed next to our space and Buffalo Creek's goats ranging in the woods under the deck (not to mention the birds all around), we got to experience animals up close and personal each day! My husband and I enthusiastically recommend this rental.

My brothers & my husband had shared a vision of expanding my fathers buffalo ranch when additional property became available to purchase. With all our knowledge & experiences combine we have built 4 log homes & have been renting them out since 2004. All the furniture in this cabin has been handmade by the wood on the property! Even the covered wagon bed,(in Tatonka Lodge) that was custom built my my father. Once my husband retires from the US Army in about 6 yrs our dream will be to build our log cabin on the property & be more hands on. God has blessed us beyond our wildest dreams. We hope you love the mountains like we have all come to love being transplants from a very flat NY!
