We had a great trip. The condo was right in the middle of the Gulch, and we could walk to Broadway and lots of restaurants. Loved that it was super close to Biscuit Love and Milk and Honey for delicious breakfasts. The host always got right back to me when I had questions about the listing. Would stay there again when we return to Nashville.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Centrally located with many restaurants around and could easily walk to Broadway. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

This location was great! Easily able to walk to restaurants and shops and even broadway street. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of space. There were several drawbacks for our trip though. The condo building is confusing and has a very long hallway so if you are not able to or willing to walk then this would make it challenging. The bedrooms face the main street and are above several bars and restaurants so there was a lot of noise from people and loud cars until about 2am. We even had loud sound machines and ear plugs and that didn't help. Overall, I give it 4 stars due to this.

The Gulch is such a fun spot in Nashville! This property put us right in thick of the fun & adventure. With adorable shops & restaurants within blocks, this location can’t be beat! The condo was a wonderful fit for our family of 6! It gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax! We will be back again!

It was a nice place to stay. We walked a lot and Broadway was fun. We were able to watch the Nashville Marathon from our balcony Saturday April 25. It was a nice place to stay. The lighting wasn’t very bright but we managed. Not a lot of condiments for any cooking, but we didn’t really need them. It was close enough to walk to Broadway and also we explored The Gulch and other surrounding areas on foot, by bus, or Uber. Overall it was great and we felt safe walking around the area.

Nashville stay

This property was clean, comfy and conveniently located within walking distance to broadway. Host was good to deal with and the gulch area is very nice. Lots of shopping and pubs, would stay again!

The apartment was clean except for mold on shower liner. The host was responsive. The balcony was a fun place to people watch. Centrally located. Felt safe. The check in is a little difficult but the host sent very detailed instructions that helped. I would stay again.

Easy music city stay

In town for business and eecided to extend my stay with my wife and friends. Best way to describe our experience was that it was easy. Flat is very comfortavle and conveniently located in a cool neighborhood. I'd stay again for future trips to Nashville

Wonderful property and location

Property owner was excellent to deal with and property as described. Only complaint is one that I noticed previously identified. Water pressure (especially cold water) in primary bedroom is very poor, almost non existent. If that was corrected would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Loved our stay

Condo was gorgeous, exactly as we expected. My girls enjoyed the pool table in the common area (ages 9 and 12). We loved sitting on the balcony and watching everyone walk by, as well as being close to Biscuit Love & other shops. Check in was rough. Elevator was broken (was fixed the day after) and condo was hard to find. I think attaching a map of the floor with where the condo is would help greatly. Park on level 3, not on the private parking pass areas (4-6) it will make your life easier! One thing that is minor, no hot water at the sinks in master bathroom. Would stay again!
