Wedding

Perfect place for our family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house was only 2 miles from the venue which was great! Lots of fun things to do!

Amazing Stay

Our trip was nothing short of amazing. The Sign House was just as it was advertised on Vbro. The home was very clean and had a wonderful smell upon entering. The home was well prepared for our family. If you are looking for something to do while visiting, try Chase n Fin Dolphin Cruise. Fantastic trip overall.

Family Labor Day Trip

I absolutely loved my stay at Drew’s “Sign House, it was a beautiful, but warm & cozy house. It was perfect for large groups, everyone loved the second kitchen. The location is very accessible to shopping and beaches, my dogs especially loved the dog beach, that was close by. I would definitely stay again

Family visit

This place was absolutely beautiful. My family of 14 fit perfect. This house is very spacious. Nice and clean as well. The pictures did not do it justice.

Excellent Stay in a WONDERFUL Home! Great for Larger Groups!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with a group of 5 friends! Having a bedroom for each person was great.The house looks smaller and deceiving from the outside, but the layout inside is efficient and provides more than enough space! It was also great having 3 full bathrooms. The upstairs lounge was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. It is located halfway between the airport and downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Additionally, this property is within walking distance of multiple city parks, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, bakeries, a local Tavern, and Microbrewery.

Additionally I have adorned the fence with a variety of outdoor advertising and street signs, making this property a visual landmark in the East Hill Neighborhood.
