Vackert inifrån och ut! Detta hus har fantastisk utsikt och är super nära viken! 6 sovrum som har 1 King-svit, 3 sovrum med queen size-sängar, 1 sovrum med två enkelsängar över hela våningssängar, 1 sovrum med tvåbäddsrum över hela våningssängar och en tvilling över två våningssängar med en rulla och en utdragbar soffa med en drottningmadrass. 1 av drottningens sovrum är nere och kräver utomstående och är mycket privat men har sitt eget dedikerade badrum (se bilder). Den nedre lägenheten INKOMSTER EN EKSTRA KOSTNADSFRITT så det går på det. Dess $ 175 per natt extra. Jag hyr emellertid inte utrymmet på nedervåningen till olika grupper medan du är där, så fastigheten blir helt privat. På övervåningen sover 17 (5 sovrum). Nedervåningen sover 2 (1 sovrum). Totalt 19 NÄR NEDSTADERNA KÖPAS. Granitbänkskivor i köket och kakelbänkar i badrummen med vinkyl och diskmaskin. Fullt utrustat med alla bestick, tallrikar, koppar, glas, köksredskap, redskap och apparater för att laga varje valfri måltid för din familj och gäster. Alla sängkläder och badhanddukar möblerade (inte badhanddukar) så du behöver inte ta med dig. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare inredda. Har alla elektroniska bekvämligheter inklusive WIFI, Xbox One, platt-TV i varje sovrum och vardagsrum, hi def stereo och Blue-ray. Gott om parkering och stor bakom inhägnad innergård som är mycket privat. Bokstavligen steg bort från stranden och en perfekt plats för din familj! Poolen är 12X25 fot lång! För icke-familjer måste alla medlemmar i din grupp vara minst 25 år för att reservera om inte godkänd av ägaren i förväg. Händelser som bröllop, mottagningar, födelsedagsfester eller liknande sammankomster måste också godkännas i förväg och ta med en evenemangsavgift. The condo was not clean!

We stayed for the weekend, the day we arrived we realized the air was not working. We had no AC until 12pm the next day. The condo was dirty, there was rat poop in the cabinets and dust everywhere. The bathtub in the side of the house wouldn't drain. Was not worth the price we paid!

Good location for what we wanted. Some of the linens looked old and could have been fresher, but other than that we all had a good stay. The house is older and not much insulation in the walls. We had babies in the house so be ready to hear through the walls into the other rooms.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful week for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for our whole family. It was just a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded like a big Condo site would be. The pool was an enjoyable change of pace too. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed. Communication was on point. This was our first visit to Pensacola and we will definitely be back!

Beach life ❤️

A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH! We went with 10 adults and 4 kids. This property had ample room, high ceilings, large kitchen and always hot water for showers and laundry. The pool was crystal clear and refreshing. The communication with the property host was unbelievably responsive when I had questions. I know we will be back!

Beach Week

We had a very nice time with family. The water was great. The house leaves a few things to be desired but for the price it is a very good deal. We had 8 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 14 to 20 months. We had the apartment as well as the house. It was a full house. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs but only 2 bathrooms which is a little bit inconvenient, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the week. It is an easy walk to the beach.

Family trip

This is a steal for the price! We spent a week here, and it definitely had everything we needed. There were a few things I had questioned and the host was amazing at responding and fixing any issues( the kids didn’t rinse off before getting in the pool so it became cloudy) he was very nice and made sure that we had everything we needed for our trip! The only thing that I could possibly say and it would be more of a suggestion than anything, maybe hang some string lights outside while you are getting the lights fixed. That way guests could utilize the outside at night more! Again that’s just a suggestion! Our stay was amazing!

Pensacola Beach

Everyone's standards are different, and our baseline for cleanliness is the Hilton family of hotels, so we were a little disappointed at that. Reviews are accurate, and Description, Communication, and Location all were spot on and Pensacola Beach is a great place to visit.

MET AND EXCEEDED OUR NEEDS

This is an amazing property. Dan is a great host. The house is a little older but it had features that make it special. Bathrooms Bedrooms Kitchen were great! The house was clean but stuffy and stale when we arrived so If you are staying for a while, open everything up to get air flow, get some air freshener, and change the air filter on the HVAC. We had a great time here!

Family Vacation

Nice house with a lot of room for all of us to spread out. The room downstairs was an extra bonus, perfect for Papa when he needed some quiet time. The location is perfect if you can't be right on the beach this house is the next best thing. You can still see and hear the ocean and a very short walk to get there. Dan was a super nice host very easy to communicate and work with. If our family ever vacations in Pensacola beach again we would definitely stay at one of his 3 properties.

Great location steps from beach

We enjoyed very much our stay at Toilla Segunda! The house is nice and have all you need. Having your own pool is a plus after a long day at the beach. I scored overall rating 4 due to minor house issues, few things broken and weeds overgrown outside. I suggest adding some shade outside by terrace and pool area. But I will still highly recommend this house!

Spacious, Quiet, Convenient

This was a truly great place to stay for our group of 8 adults. With the open layout, large kitchen, and bedroom options, it would also work well for a large family or group of families. With beach access right around the corner, in just a short 2 minute walk you can be relaxing in the sand with the ocean water tickling your toes. Even better, you can see the ocean from the back balcony and decide if it's a good beach day without ever leaving the house. If it's not a good day for the beach, you can take advantage of the property's private pool which we ended up doing one day during our stay. Don't feel like cooking or grilling? Despite being tucked into a quiet neighborhood, there's a ton of options just a 5 minute drive away. Uber and Lyft were also readily available during the holiday weekend however I don't know what it's like during off season. Dan was good about checking in with us periodically throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. Would highly recommend this property!

shouldn’t be your first choice!!

The place was clean(totally doesn’t look like the pictures) place is smaller than it looks like, neighborhood is great and near the beach, overall I would not recommend to book with this property manager “Dan” his online accuracy is not what he says. It’s not correctly placed. TV fell off the wall while the kids were sleeping since it was not placed on the wood. Tried charging for cleaning while you already pay for cleaning service when booking. It says 6 bedrooms had to pay the “separate one” at the bottom since when booking it “I didn’t pay for it” which it doesn’t give you the option on there to put it on or off, so i payed everything in full thinking it was already payed for. Apparently not though i had to pay him through ZELLE for the 6th room they day i got there and he gave me the pin till the next day. If there’s more options, this wouldn’t be my first again.

A spot near the beach

Well, I've wrestled with what to say, mainly because we all had varying degrees of opinions regarding this property. I initially thought I'd title this, "If you think you'll need it, bring it!" To say that it was minimally stocked is almost an understatement. Maybe we've been spoiled with other rentals, but we did expect at least a roll of toilet paper to start the week. Don't list the place to accommodate 19 (we for three days had 18) and only have room for 8 to sit and eat. Have a few dish washer tablets on hand to start the stay, and have a note saying the dishes in the cabinet won't fit in the washer...too big. Not too fun to find out after the fact! We also rented the downstairs unit...it was loud since the window unit ran constantly. The bathroom had one stool next to the sink on which to put toiletries, which was quite inconvenient. Because of the property's situation it was impossible to find shade on either small deck. There was ample shade under the back deck, next to the small pool. And to say that there are gorgeous views is seriously misleading. The view from the deck was into another's backyard...almost impossible to glimpse the ocean. Dan seemed like a nice guy when we communicated by phone and text. There was a slight problem with the wifi code, but that was finally resolved. As I said, this isn't our first VRBO, and maybe this is a better rental for a group of college guys looking for a pad to crash for a few days, but for a larg family, it lacks too much.

Great find!

We had been looking for a beach house for a few weeks when this property popped up as a new listing. We took a gamble and booked it before the owner, Dan, had installed furniture or the pool. We were able to look at his other listings and the reviews which were all wonderful and put our minds at ease. It didn't take long to see that Dan is all about making his guest happy and wants to ensure they enjoy their stay. He put a lot of hard work into this house and it shows in the details. The furniture is very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The kitchen is huge, the pictures don't do it justice. He also included every possible dish, small appliance and cookware you could imagine a rental having. He even had a crock pot which I have never seen in a rental. The back deck is huge with 2 large picnic tables, gas grill, a wonderful view of the ocean and great access to the pool. The walk to the beach isn't bad at all. If you have a lot to carry you can drive a street over and drop everything off but we were able to handle most everything as it is only about a 2 min walk. The only small issue is just having 2 bathrooms. We had 9 adults in our group and were able to quickly move in and out of the bathrooms. I could see some issues if there had been several children or a larger group. There is a outside shower downstairs which helped with rinsing the sand and salty water off. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Dan again in the future. Dan, thank you for a wonderful stay, all of your hard work, excellent communication and for sharing your home with us!

Sadly the cleanliness of this home is absolutely no stars

There is so much to say about the pain the butt renting this home but Sorry in a time of a pandemic, feeling like a house you rent is not even been cleaned is sick! With the amount of energy the owner put on me to sign his contract and send the rules of his house and treating it good, he should take his own advice and live in this filthy place for a week. Upon walking in the home it smelled like I’d just flown back into Mexico-musty, moldy, not Fresh. My husband was the 1st to notice layers of dust on the fans and light fixtures. We had to wipe down fans before we could even turn them on, The “clean” dishes in the cupboard had old food caked on them. We rewashed all dishes and glasses before we could use, Crumbs & dried food in drawers and on cupboards. Yuck! Hair in bathroom drawers is so seriously gross! Shower still had hair on walls and drain! Sorry super yuck! One toilet still had dried poop under the lid when the guys lifter it to pee. The owner just wanted to argue all of this from his 2 miles away home instead of showing up to see and make things right! He offered to send his house keepers in but seriously - they need to be fired! Super sad and for this price-so not worth it!

I am a travelling executive. As such, I know the ambiance that I like in the places that I stay as I travel and try to offer that to my guests. You will find my properties to be decorated in warm tones and large comfortable furnishings with dark woods and strong lines. Not "beachy" as many other places are decorated with cheap and bright interiors. I want you to feel "at home" as you stay with me. I hope you will enjoy!
